Bubbleman was realy sad to see.... Why does he need money anyway.
And all of mini elementmans attack not doing any harm was also funny XD
And what's up with Elementman's operator? Are his teeth glued together or something 0_o
I loved the end of the ep in which he jumps of a building and a rockman face appears telling that kids sould do that in real life XD
Only 2 things i missed during the episode:
1. Elementmans Wood form
2. His Op (forgot name) not using a smokebomb, ninja style. |

This was amusing, but fell apart at the end. Plus a very very short fight with Netto, of course, using his best moves when he might have not needed to... Doesn't he know you should save those moves until you REALLY need them... Was there really any point to this episode? And why was Netto able to transmit Rockman so far, that should not be possible... Was there any reason for attacking Netto at all.... |

Well...He was pissed off at Netto and Co because they were happy that the sun is out and stuff. He was fired for his wrong "TYPHOONS!!! LOL" predictions, so he was angry.
Also, this is an ep that introduces Elementman and his operator. Obviously, they're going to appear again sometime later maybe when [spoil:6a2f471767]Wily decides to restart the WWW (again).[/spoil:6a2f471767]
And besides...Lots of fanservice. @.@ *bricked* _________________ Slur > j00

Elementman was very cute I though, what with his "Pipipi" and Miniroid appearance. Ryuudo was, however remarkably scary and his teeth didn't help; it's a wonder he hasn't starved to death as he doesn't seem to be able to seperate his teeth, perhaps he eats krill like a whale? At any rate the appearance of Kero was also a highlight as well.
This along with the previous two episodes have been fairly "what the?" fillers for EXE. _________________

Poor Bubbleman and trying to make an honest living (or something like that). He really should just bite the bullet, and partner with Yaito or Enzan. He's got a good idea with the miniroids, but he's not going to have any luck selling them in backstreet alleys. |

....Nyuudo.
Now they show Midorikawa Kero again. >.<
For future reference...since Elementman doesn't seem to speak when he attacks.
Elementman move set:
-Down Burst (Wind)
-Lightning Drive (Elec)
-Meteor Light (Heat)
-Trans Wood (Wood)
-Diamond Dust (Aqua) _________________ ~DrkX (Resident over-sexed camera-whore & Facebook zombie.)

It always seems like they spend a lot of money on fight animation in episodes where it isn't really needed. About how far Netto could transmit Rockman, I thought it was cool! "Some guy's screwin' around with the pool controls up there? I won't let him ruin my day! GET EM' ROCKMAN!!!" Either Netto has really good aim and eyesight, or the PET automatically aims the laser to the plug-in point. |

I speculate that the pet's use either infrared or laser transmission if laser is the trasmission then it is possible once nothing stands infront of it...i think the wavelength for an infrared beam is alot shorter and microwave would be horrible since you would be basically coooking someone everytime the transimited...(lasers are used in fibre optic cables but those are highly focused and refracted...i figure since they are defying physics anyway why not just jack in from anywhere) |

About the distance thing, the PET shoots a laser. Lasers, being light, travel indefinitely until they hit something, I believe.
Nyuudo did not have an afro in the game. While you couldn't tell by looking at his mugshot, on his sprite you could see it was slicked back and up, or just up. And his teeth weren't glued together either. At least he retained his ninja skills (jump kicking the DNN sign and jumping off the building).
Elementman still goes PIRI IRI- whatever, so that was a plus. But why didn't he turn elec when Rock went Aquabeast? Baka.
This ep probably could've been better in terms of story, but the fanservice made up for that :) _________________ ' I don't care if the buzz isn't real- I can roleplay being drunk!'

I saw some screenshots of Vic ( I've gotten use to Vic. ) somewhere else ( Forgot where. >_< ) and... yeah, I was surprised by the afro. His in-game sprite looks more like it has spikey hair. e_e _________________ MegaMan Kilobit

It's not nearly as obvious, but I believe he did.
Anyhow... episode wasn't bad. Nyuudo was the most interesting part of it by far though, besides him there wasn't much that amused me.
Although the animation was good. |

Whaddya mean? There was plenty of hot Mariko-sensei and random background girl action as well! (This spaced reserved for the future when we have a drooling Higure emoticon) Dare I say almost as good as Stream 44's fanservice. Just on a smaller scale. I've just about given up on hoping for decently put-together plots with the time constraints or even commenting on them. I thought there was plenty of great animation work this time around. Beachball scene, anyone? Some very funny stuff throughout the episode as well, including Mariko riding Dekao like um...not really like a surfboard per se...or the beached whale that he is...anyways, it was great. Poor Shuuko and Bubbleman. And even poor Nyuudo for being fired. Weather forecasters are never always right. Time to try to get a job at the Weather Channel. Take that, DNN! _________________ Avatar art thanks to toberboobap, animated gif thanks to Dr. Wily II

Wow, that was a good episode, and it's certainly good to see Kato Hatsue again. We haven't seen his/her brilliant, silky-smooth animation since Axess 9! There's just too many good things about this episode. Filler? By far and large, yes. But, man, this is how every filler of EXE should be: fun, cute, and charming. (I feel like I'm getting a treat anytime we get a unique setting in an EXE episode.) Shingo Adachi is coming up for episode 16, and he'd been MIA since Stream 8 (and the movie)... so get ready for good times again this week. Next we just need Ishihara Mitsuru back. Then I might accept Beast+ as a good series. :3 _________________

Wow, Crimson Seiko actually enjoying a filler Rockman.EXE episode... quite rare.
But I have to say this episode WAS quite enjoyable - from the beginning when Nyuudo screwed up in the forecast to we saw him making a mad dash down that back alley where Bubs was.
There was something about the animation that just screamed... wow. Maybe it was the fact that they made Dekao a little leaner and a bit more muscular; or the fact that Meiru had a better figure than they made in Stream 44... I dunno. But I liked it. ^_^ |

Just on a note...Light decreases in intensity and eventually "fades out" over long distances in air because air molecules block and scatter the light, so it is quite impossible for Netto to transmit Rockman to the control tower from the pool unless:
1) The light was strong enough to burn through three inches of steel in one second (quite impossible actually, but that's a moot point)
or
2) The laws of physics do not apply.
The more you know.
BTW, something tells me that Beyondard Wily might appear to start the EXE6 plot. (I'm saying Beyondard Wily because the "real" Wily doesn't seem interested in taking over the world anymore). _________________ Slur > j00

I don't think the Beyondard Wily exists anymore. Wasn't his psyche uploaded to the Super Cyber Beast? And we all know how that went. Twice.
I've been prone to enjoy a filler here-and-there if it's well-produced. This episode had the same kind of cute humor and high quality as EXE 53. I just love seeing the writers and animators trying something NEW for a change. Like, for example, letting Shuko spend time with the cast and not involve Higure, and the change of setting is always a nice addition. (EXE 53 even changed the weather to spring for cherry blossom blooming, and man, was it pretty.) I hope next week is just as nice as this one. _________________

Re: Transmission
While ElecmanEXE's statement about light is correct, the "fading out" of laser beams happen on much greater distances.
My brother was pointing his hard-earned laser pointer keychain (this was back in the day when one costs about $20), and I clearly saw a red dot at the side of a building that was about 2 blocks away from where we were standing.
From this observation, and the fact that the plug-in is not blocked from Netto's position at the pool, I conclude that transmission at that distance is possible.
Oh yeah, random trivia:
Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation
(in plain English, LASER is Super Light :] )
