There is always a fast and small boss just before the final boss.
In BN1 it was Magicman, I think. It's been a while so I don't remember.
In BN2 it was Forte.
In BN3... Don't know, never finished it.
In BN4 it was DS Rockman.
There should be another small and fast boss before you face [spoil:f74a1a2879]Nebula Gray.[/spoil:f74a1a2879]

The BN3 one you refer to was also Forte. It is sad to see how weak he is there....

| Shockingly enough, BN5 has no special miniboss just before the great big final boss. You DO fight all the DarkLoids over again, but you did that in BN2 and BN3 and still got an extra one right at the end, so it's still somewhat of a miss. |
