I don't think so. You are allowed to have a thread to annonuce your sprite comic, then post a link to wherewe can find updates. Plus I don't think this forum supports Sub Forums

The forum should be able to use subforums, you just install a plugin to do so.

But yeah, Elementalman.exe summed it up pretty nicely.
