Eh, true. They would've put something like that in, but that's the onlylogical explanation I can think of that doesn't introduce a completely new character in to the plot without giving him/her some kind of history.

So, you're saying that the LoC is like Copyman.EXE from BN3, just stronger and likes to immitate evil bosses? I've never gotten to the LoC myself. (Can't beat last liberation mission), but you're saying he's just a phony of NG/Forte/DS Rockman?

What do all the LoC forms say before you fight them? I suppose NG can't speak human, but I'm sure LoC Forte and LoC DS Rockman could. Or are you just sucked into a battle with no dialouge like when you first run into a ghost data navi?

That's be good to know. I've never actually gotten to LoC, because I couldn't S-Rank the Navis after all this time. Heck, I'm still trying to design a single D-Code folder based around Pile Driver and Django. So far, the real chips I've got are : 2 GunSol3, Django, Django SP, Django DS, and Death Phoenix.

Well I'll tell ya what each form of LoC says:
