Just watched the dub on Adult Swim last Saturday, and I am saying that this is one of the best dubs that Funi made. Seriously, Shin-chan and his family has all the right voices, along with the rest of the characters. The swearing, although sort of disappointing, since this was intended for children, still are at the right places and make the series even more hilarious. I am even happier about that they started from the part where his little sister was born already.

Honestly, crappy art, extremely hilarious and recommended anime. Just don't take it as an anime, but like Family Guy, and I am sure most people will fall in love with it.

I've only seen it dubbed in Mandarin, and I gotta say, it's hilarious. Just ignore the animation style and think of it as the Japanese equivalent of Family Guy or The Simpsons.

I'm quite curious as to how they dubbed the "zou-san" running gag, though... (Quick explanation: "Zou" means elephant. Elephants have long noses. The kid is really perverted. You figure out the rest. XD)

Yeah, it really fits adult swim. Very strange yet funny. But was one of those superheros named what I thought they were named?

the problem is that a lot of countries dont have an "Adult Swim" like channel. Thus showing it on a channel like Jetix in the morning letting innocent little kids watching it isnt a good idea.

Strange show, but I liked it. The elephant gag... NOW I get it! I was wondering why it kept coming up! I'll seriously have to keep my eyes on this show.
