10 chips, never thought of that, now it makes sense. But I'll never try it, I think.

Gutsman was always useful early game in EXE1-3. The panel cracking really hindered virus and navi mobility. However, I think that my top pick has to go to Plantman chips. It does multiple hits, so attack boosting chips are extra good. It strikes every enemy without needing to target. And it wraps those hit by it up in vines making it awesome setup for a huge move. Oh, and it's wood-type do it does double damage against Elec. I hate Elec, so that's a plus for me :P

*fondly remembers a battle against an Elec style where his initial draw was PlantmanV4, PlantmanV3, Plantman, Wood+40, Wood+40*

One thing--I'd like to see this game. Is this EXE 2.5?

Seriously, PlantMan4 implies BN3, but all of the Wood boosters imply BN2. Sorry about that.

Whichever Wood boosters appeared in EXE3, obviously. It's been a while, so forgive the imperfection of my memory. :eyes:

Please watch the dates of a topic so you don't revive a long dead thread from a year ago.

And please, edit your sig so it's shorter. It's over both limits right now. Thank you.

Why didn't I see this when the topic was first created? Confused Weird...

Anyway, I'd have to go with Airman from BN2. Why such an unusual choice? Because for a navi chip you get early in the game, Airman and his later versions has a surprising amount of versatility and usefulness. His basic attack simply inflicts damage on all enemies on the field, barring broken panels. However, any enemy on the collum in front of you takes double damage; first from Airman summoning his tornados, and again when he sends them out. His V3 did 100 damage normally, so tack on a few Attack+s and he's doing a hefty amount of damage to all enemies (for virus battles) and his double hit ends up doing around the same amount of damage as some PAs (for navi battles and especially tough viruses). Not bad for a handful of easily obtained chips.

My other choice would be Heatman from BN2 and 6, but simply because I love seeing his attack in action. Who doesn't like a massive wave of flames, aside from the guy on the recieving end?

In EXE5, I loved to abuse SearchmanSP and GyromanSP.

SearchmanSP + Full Synchro + Attack Booster = Ouchies.
Also, since it's a "time it right" type chip, not a lot of people use it against me and I never miss, so it's a win-win. The chip breaking ability is especially useful too.

2 ColorPoints / 1 DoublePoint + GyromanSP + Full Synchro + Attack Boosters = Ouchies
Especially useful when your enemies constantly try to steal your areas and render you immobile. It's really funny watching people's expressions when they see a G code chip in a seemingly S-coded unicode folder (* codes help).

In EXE6, I have to say that the Elecman navi chip series is my favorite. Why? Well...ElementmanSP (Ice) + Two Rockcubes + ElecmanSP + Attack Boosters = Big ouchies. (And it paralyzes too, so more damage to dish out on the next turn!)

I believe that color point can't be stacked. At least in EXE6, that's the case...

That is correct. Color Points do not stack.

Bass from Battle Network 1. Power OVERLOAD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bass V3 of BN2, It's like the strongest aside from the Gospel chips!!!

PlantMan V3 from BN3. I don't know, I just like it. It helped me out a lot with Alpha.

Don't get me started with 4! I don't even want to think about how stupid this game is, but all right, if Bass Anly would count as a Navi chip...

From 5, it would have to be ProtoManSP.

6, Bass, bass, BASSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have to say that Roll is my favorite. Mainly because she's the only one I keep around for the whole game!

She heals you and deals a sizable amount of damage (like about 180 at V3, not too shabby!) and there is next to no work involved in getting here chips!

Here is my list of favorite Navi chips.

BN1: Stoneman. Cool chip, aside from the fact that Stoneman was sort of wasted in this game.

BN2: Cutman. Interesting chip. Overly powerful.

BN3: Flameman. The big fire breath is best part about it, aside from it being a powerful chip.

BN4: Topman. A little bit of setup, and pwned!

BN5. Larkman and Shademan. The two went together and were excellent chips.

BN6. Elementman. 4 elements in one!

my favorite navi chip is gutsman in mmbn1-3 I hated the fact that they changed it in mmbn4...and blues is good in just about all of them.

My favorite Navi Chip has always been a toss-up between Blues and Serenade for me. Serenade's chip just because it deals a nice amount of damage and cracks panels, not to mention how it just looks downright cool, and Blues because of the simplicity and usefulness of it. Blues tends to really come in handy in virus battles, too, since if you got a couple of viruses next to each other they both get whacked twice, which is a nice little treat.

So, I dunno. I guess Serenade for netbattles and Blues for single player.
