"It's been asked many times." All Boktai related content except for the three GunDelSol chips have been removed from the game. So no Django, no Hakushaku, and no Boktai program advances. _________________ Slur > j00

chips WILL FREEZE YOUR GAME. If you come across them, either toss them in the

The "Crossover" PA formed by using Django V1, V2, and V3 still works from what
I've heard, but Django is replaced with a white dot. |
Presumably, they exist in the Graveyard area - I don't know of any further details. _________________

Okay, time for me to pose a question of my own.
I've been stuck on a certain job; one where you're commissioned to find a piece of data on the Internet of some long-deleted navi. I don't have the slightest idea where this is. The clue I was given ("face-to-face with a giant skull") suggests the Undernet, but I have not found where the trigger occurs. How do you complete this damned job?
I know it's one of the jobs from 26-35; so I can't find any information on it. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! In between the eyes of the "Skull" in Undernet 2, it's where the BBS Board is if you're still not sure. _________________

Thanks, Sol, you got us on the right track. After the Select button failed, we started punching in random buttons while looking at the board. After a few minutes of that we turned away from it and from out of the blue we got 'the call', despite the fact that we had never fought or bested ProtoMan SP. Talk about wonked out...
I have no idea how that happened or why, but I'm not going to complain at this point. XD
Thanks everyone, for helping. _________________

Actually, that one's in Web's guide ._.
You know the place with the BBS in Undernet 2, you either hit A while in between the two gaping holes that have flames in them, or it triggers a cutscene when you walk there.
Also, Web, that's really weird. Because I got said call when I finished off my last mission @_@ _________________ The time is come. Bid farewell to your bloodstained past.

Thanks to everyone who tried to help me out in the previous page. Sadly, I have given up. I must've wasted more than 500 chips and the ONLY chip that came close to what I needed was a Wideblade W. And all the Antiswords in the Green area are in the A code.
I decided to just order an Action Replay for GBA/DS to solve my problems. I feel dirty now. I just don't feel like wasting 1000 chips in return for 1 chip that I need. _________________

Just curious, but has anyone compared libraries? When me and my friend did, I ended up getting my standard and PA crests, plus a gold S with six stars around it. His library was already complete, but he didn't get the starred S. Does anyone have an idea what it's for? _________________ Fear the scarf! It's a mite peckish at the moment... |

The Starred S is for the Secret Chips. So depending on your version, you must have all of the chips for that version's navis, (Normal, EX, SP). _________________

Gaah. >_>
Another job I'm stuck on. This one, I believe, is number 35 from the bottom, where your client commissions you to aid him in his 'vigilante'-like duties. He claims that the mafia were convening somewhere around Green Area, but I've scoured the entire Internet around Green Area multiple times, and I haven't found a single trigger. Where should I go? _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! But they'll have to avoid the Whammy, as they play the most exciting game of their lives! They're in the Statue comp in Green Town, not the Green Area. _________________

Two questions:
-What's with all the Evil Navis spread out after you beat Gregar?
- How do you get to the top area in Cetral Area 2? |

Question 1: Nothing; they're there just to beat, if memory serves me correctly.
Question 2: I believe it's an entrance from one of the overworld computers. It's pretty much of little consequence, though I think the entrance is around the Aquarium somewhere. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! 1. They're there to delete you after you unsuspectingly talk to them without saving for two hours.
2. You get there from the bottom of SeasideArea3. You could access the ToyShopComp (or whatever) from there, but here's the catch: You can't access it from the actual shop and you have to visit the place several times for the help desk missions. _________________ Slur > j00

What are the extras/differences of the Japanese version of the game? I just ordered an Import of Faltzer to go with my copy of Boktai. ( I had the US version of Greiga) I looked through the topics here and the discussion thread is too big to weed through and the name changes thread isn't really what I was looking for. I know that the Japanese version has crossover battle 2 stuff, is there anything else? _________________ Name shortened from Serenade.exe |

Well, in the Japanese version, there were a few extra areas. One of them was the Immortal area, which was supposed to be accessible through Underground 2, where the Bug Frag Trader currently lies. That was a self-contained area, which allowed you to do a crossover sidequest with Django and the Count. Consequently, with its removal, the Count and Django chips were removed...almost.
Also, if I remember correctly, one entire piece of the Uranet was removed, and the Graveyard Area was considerably condensed.
My memory is fuzzy, so I do not remember any more.
P.S., Oh yeah, I forgot. There was a bug with the WhiteCapsule chip. When attached to a Tornado, instead of providing paralysis, it oddly added an attack booster to it. This was fixed for the US port. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! But they'll have to avoid the Whammy, as they play the most exciting game of their lives! Undernet 3, Graveyard Area 1, The Immortal Area and everything Boktai related (except the gundensol chips) were removed. |

Hi I need your expert advice. For the faltzar game, what kind of chips should I use? I can't find chips that are decent enough to go along with the cross or that are less than 3 letters. Hope to get some help _________________ Avatar by May, many flowers and thanks for the wonderful avatar. |

Corn Shot works well for chargeable, non-flinching damage in Tomahawk Cross. Otherwise fill it with Breaking Chips, put in an Ice Seed and switch to Aqua Cross to freeze the enemy and then get 2x Breaking damage. _________________

Well...my question is sad. I've beaten the game and now I'm on the last Request BBS thing. I need one chip and I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where to get an atk+30 chip? _________________ Salem Paroo, Guardman's roleplay character!
