I'm confused. Why do both of you have the exact same IP address if one of you is posting from California, and the other is posting from Canada?

Maybe because one is lying about the location, and is in fact the same person? Or maybe they're using AOL which likes to randomize certain IPs. The possibilities are endlessss~  Hell, I've encountered weird things like that in my days of moderating other places.
Anyhow, on the topic at hand~
Blues is...well, a badass. He left Doctor Light on his own, doing things his own way, roughing it out.... Yeah. He's a bit more mature than Rockman, and yet he has that glitch in his internal power source.
Rockman is...well, a child. He's given a lot of responsibility and is expected to do things like an adult. He handles it better than most would. Somewhat naive, unlike Blues, it's as though...well, technically it is that Blues is Rockman's older "brother".

Rockman from Megamix easily beats them all out in the coolness department. Sure, he's still got the moral conflictions and light-heartedness of the regular Rockman, but the key difference is that the Megamix Rockman doesn't let that stop him from doing what needs to be done and fighting the good fight until the end.

Also, Megamix Rockman is just plain badass.
Blues barely had a story as of the chapters we have from Rockman Tanjou.... So yah. Let's take a look at the badass of Megamix Rockman.
Non-Battle form: Super Cute :d
Battle Form: Nothin' special, standard Rockman...buuuuuuut, he's a badass :D He went over the brink, after Shadowman destroyed the Yellow Devil's core, he went and connected it to himself and the mother unit just so the mother and child could be together again. Lovely and Poetic. A true hero of Justice.

Yes, so protoman is just megaman with a shield/scarf/cool whistle/and maybe a stronger buster. (I don't know about that last one though.)
So either is fine by me. But I want protoman playable like bass in megaman and bass. |

I'm actually going to have to go with Rockman, not because i'm a huge fanof his, but because I think that Blues' attitude can get annoying and that he kinda needs to grow up and get over himself. Sorry in advance to all of his fans as this is just my oppinion.

You can play as him in the arcade games Rockman Power Battle and Rockman Power Fighters.
He was fairly interesting to play as. His special Support was Beat Shield, where he would...whistle and Beat would come drop him a shield, whereas Rock would get Rush who would offer the friggin' Rush Coil and Forte would get Gospel to attack alongside him. Oh wait, I think Rush would attack along with Rockman.
And in Power Fighters, Duo's support was...Beat Shield as well @_@
Anyway, Blues' buster fired two shots instead of three, but they were much wider than Rock's. Also, his charge shot was just plain badass.

That's not really Rockman Classic though...
It's Rockman Rockman! The new series that is an exact copy of Rockman Classic except has better graphics, sound, level design, etc!  *bricked*
