If Forte was the first independent navi and Pharoahman was the first custom navi...Shouldn't they be weaker than the newer ones. I mean, a prototype of something isn't as efficient as a later version of it. Comments?

Well, see... somehow those geniuses somehow came up with the idea that their first creation should have the capacity to integrate pretty much anything into his system. And If he's a computer program, they could have just checked his history to determine that he was not the perpetrator of the Alpha thingy.

Note: Do not poke the sleeping bear, especially if it's like Rogue on crack.

So, Forte's fine. DUnno bout Pharoah, though.

wait... when did it say Pharaoman was the first custom Navi Confused :is definitely missing something:

Anywho, Forte's insanely powerful mainly due to his Get Ability program... and I'm pretty sure Forte's still the only "independent" Navi in that he doesn't require human support for really anything

Sometimes, prototypes are dumbed down when put into commercial/mass production. An example of that situation would be the Tallgeese mobile suit and the Leos in Gundam Wing. The Tallgeese was very powerful and all, but it was too powerful for the average conscript to pilot and such, so they dumbed it down to make it suitable for regular people.

Just because something is a prototype does not mean that it is inferior to the newer versions.

I think I heard something about Pharoahman being the first. I'm not 100% sure about it though. I haven't been able to see the anime for...a long time...

Um... but this is the game section. As far as we know for the games, Pharaoman was just a rogue WWW Navi

Well, think about it. If something is older, it has a lot more time to get stronger than some young wippersnapper.

i agree. maybe the scientists realized that they can't make Navis too strong or there would be major 'Netastrophes every day. but then again, there'd be good netNavis just as strong...im not sure where i was going with that one -_-;

Forte I can understand...He probably wasn't as strong at first actually. Of course with the get ability program he gained vast power. His hate for mankind was probably a glitch which caused him to use the power for evil...

No, his hate from mankind came after they blamed him for the Proto incident... and tried to kill him.

I don't think he particularly trusted humans that much, even before the Proto incident, IIRC.

He trusted Cossack, his creator though. I just think he hadn't had much exposure being an experiment and prototype.

Indeed.

One can speculate that even though he trusted his creator, as hinted at throughout the series (most notably in EXE3 when he comes face-to-face with a pulsed-in Cossack), being falsely accused of causing the entire Internet to crash seriously rattled his trust and made him into the entity we know today. He's hinted at that throughout, and it's caused him to loathe the society that he was born into--you'd probably feel the same way in his stance.

Oh that Proto incident...I've been stuck on Alpha for a while so I forgot about that. Yeah, that probably made Bass pretty angry at us.

Well...no....his BIG hate thing was when he was locked up because of the whole destroying security systems because they were too weak. He was designed to test the systems made by the scientists, and he hacked everyone of them.

He was locked up and then when the Proto Incident happened, they're all "omg, let's go kill Forte cause he sux"

Then one of them stabbed his icon and gave him that scar. Boom. Big downer for him, caused him to lose trust in everything including his creator. In his head, if Cossack loved him and was worthy of his trust, he'd stop the navis from beating the snot out of him.

Cossack did indeed try to stop them, but nuh. Sad

Well, at least that's how it was in the manga.

Yes but we can't really take the Mangas plot to be canon in the games. So that's why I avoided mentioning it, in the games it is quite more succinct.

Yeah, I haven't really read the manga...(I want to though) And I missed out on most of Megaman Axess, and Stream doesn't show many signs of getting here anytime soon...

As for Pharoahman....Who knows what that guy is...
