| I wanted to post some message in this message board as polite as possible, but I felt the message that I post can sometimes be impolite, so I wanted to re-edit my message, but there's no edit button. Is there any way I can re-edit any kind of message in case if I made some mistake or just correct messages that doesn't seem clear in correlation with any of the topic? |

The edit button was removed a loooooooong time ago because some people decided to start arguments and then go back to edit every single post they made so that it would look like they were being provoked instead of the other way around.
If you REALLY need to edit, you could PM a moderator to fix your post(s) for you...

There are far more reasons as to why the edit button was removed, but yes, Elec summed up on of the main problems of it quite nicely.
Moving this to Bugs & Problems, since this question is geared more for that forum.
