I've never even played that game, but I meant Zero for the GBA series. I think that he should've been in the GBA series instead of CircusMan. That would've been awsome. Even though I admit that CircusMan dwas a challenge on my *first* try. Well, not really a challenge, but harder than some of the other bosses (cough *BlastMan*). But I really don't like the way they set him up (like with the lions comming out of the flaming hoops. That was really retarded). But the point is, he was harder than all of the other bosses besides Bass (hardest Boss in the GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), Gregar, and ProtoMan.

Hm... I always interpreted it as Rock wanted to call him something else, but, he's Rockman, and well... y'know "if you can't say something nice"

oh, and on the Zero note, the Z-saber from Transmission also makes a return in 5. Different art, but same overall effect.

Anywho:

BN1: first encounters with Enzan. GAWD he was annoying. And I mean annoying in the way that emo kids are.

BN2: Cutman. Most. Useless. Navi. Ever.

BN3: Lan beaning Sunayama with a PET XD

BN4: Return of Hinoken. Okay, first you try to burn down people's houses (with a bit of a vicious streak), then you're neutral, then you try to burn down Scilab (which I'm pretty sure is a government facility (the vicious streak returns!)), then you get a soft spot for some chick running a hotdog stand. MAKE UP YOUR DAMN MIND ALREADY! o_O

BN5: Wily being... not evil. Ftw?

BN6: Haven't played, but from what I've heard [spoil:ad3d056352]the plunger-headed Met[/spoil:ad3d056352]

I'm going to try and kill you now because I find you annoying... and you messed up my plan which may have involved a couple of people suffocating if you handn't intervened." :more sulking: speaking of that scenario... Count Elec was friggin' scary man <<;

Hmm. "Load Chaud".

Running around the town area in one before i relized there were other places to navigate to.

The "pervert" lines in the stoneman chapter.

Sunayama getting decked with a P.E.T. I loved how it was the same sound effect as whacking a hiding mettaur.

Oh! Yeah! This was insane. I was playing team colonel, and was in the oran mountain area, and while I was going towards the top (on the outside of the moutain) Dark Miyabi was standing above the entrace. He was in a non accessible area. It was hilarious. Frickin ninja.

I never truly understood numberman's scenario in One. until I looked up brainwashing.

SPIDERS ON A PLANE! OH CRAP!
That and how many "vulgar" words were used in exe 2.

Arashi getting suitcase-bombed.

Circusman is so freaking much like Stephen King's IT. Go read ChibiSoma's guide on Gamefaqs. He matched my sentiments exactly.

Dex somehow tossing a boulder onto a robot.
Lan dodging bullets.

That and America's really bad attempt at making forte in MMBN6's saying "I'll send you to hell!" into more retarded phrases.

Let's see here I can't remember all of these perfectly but...

Bn1. can't really remember...

Bn2. Sean being on the plane!!

Bn3. Mamoru is the Undernet Server keeper guy?/Drillman being Bubbleman's cousin!

Bn4. not much stands out right now...

Bn5. Why isn't Nebula Grey very grey?

Bn6. Mr. Match got a teaching license?!

Yeah, that covers it for me...

Oh you mean like when he says " I'll send you to the depths of the deepest cyber pit!" ?

That was freakin hilarious. Laughing I never thought that they would make him say that. I guess they were trying to make it seem more like the rating (E for everyone).

And here's some more to add to my list:

BN5: Dark Mega's mugshot. Man that freaked me out.o_0
That Dark Protoman was just Protoman recolored.
Gyroman flying all over the place, having to run back and forth in order to find him.

BN6: Being able to beat Blastman easily with Aqua Cross. >_< (Or aqua chips)

Heres some other things I forgot to mention:

BN4: It's attempt to make a descent final boss who was only mentioned in the last five seconds. It would've made more sense if LaserMan was the final boss. ( WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Duo is so Freaken cheap!!!!!!!)

BN5: I felt like I was playing some cross between a chinese and Japanese game. Nebula Grey's Music was like chinese or something, I don't know. He looked like this ancient Japanese dude w/ the mask thing and the chinese eil spirit flames, just like the Souls of the Soul Net (the yellow flame demon spirit thingies floating in the air while Nebula Grey appears out of the portal. And, and, MegaMan to Hub... how does that work... and he's NUDE!!!!!!!! WHY CAPCOM!!!!!!!! WHY!!!!!!!!!!

BN6: At fist, I thought this game had too many chip rules, but then I saw that the Folder building rules actually HELPED you put more stuff in your. If they wanted to allow morer, they shoud've gone back to the BN1-2 stle of Folder Building. And how did it go from AquaMan in BN4, to SpoutMan in BN6? I thought they only changed the names of the Navi's in NT Warrior (such a sad excuss for a show... the only final boss they showed in the T.V. series was Gospel, and it was the *Grave Virus Beast* it was so pathetic*).

Hm... Let's see now.

BN1: -You mean, they actually have an E-rated game that blatently puts human lives in danger?
-Chip restrictions. I just thought they used the 4-chip limit, until I accidentally put in 2 extra Dynawave (I already had 4 in my folder)
-Chip codes. It's by-near impossible to make a fluid folder.
-Elecman's scenario. I was just running around on the floor for 5 minutes waiting for that guy to jimmy the door open. Gack!
-Protoman's difficulty. And I'm using the term loosely. Protoman is a joke! Especially when compared to his later incarnations.

BN3: -The BusterMAX chip is bugged? And I need to activate BugStyle and level up to get BugStop to make it worthwhile? Kiss another 2 hours of my life goodbye
-The Secret Area Bugfrag trader. I seriously got almost all of my Mega-class chips from that thing. ^_^ It also helped fill up my Standard library too.
-Bubbleman just stays on the backrow, generates bubbles in the middle panel, hides behind a rock, and if that didn't make him difficult enough, requires you to be at half health in order to find him and get his chip?!? Erm, I'll stick with my bugfrag trader...
-Seeing others (not pertaining to this forum) comment on Proto/Alpha's extreme difficulty. Ha! Just activate Guts and/or Wood Style and rip 'im to shreds!
-Chaud just standing outside of Wily's room. Hey, you're an Official! Get your butt in there and help out, instead of just standing dumbly like some vegetable! And how come it took so long for Protoman to leap into the action when I was fighting Drillman, anyway?

BN4: -Multiple playthroughs. Major "WTF" moment. I don't think I need to delve deeper into this point...
-So-called "random opponents". No matter how many times I played through and/or reset, Protoman always lost to Junkman. And ProtoSoul was the last soul I needed, too...
-Woodman beating Burnerman. 'Nuff said.
-Dark Mega=Evil Shadow. I was hoping that there would be a more of an alter-ego role for him. But no, he's just a Megaman look-alike puppet.
-Django? And he's still using that same sprite from Boktai, too. At least his mugshot looks cool. But why did he have to have Megaman on defender duty, while he just stood still? Eh, I'm probably just a nit-picker for these things...

BN5: -Hub! The, ehem, "naked" sprite of him didn't show anything revealing, but it was still surprising.
-Charlie/Miyabi being seen in a few unaccesable areas, including the roof of GargoyleCastle, and on a small cliff near the entrance of the OldMine.
-Lan:"Wow, he's as slippery as a snake!"
Megaman:"And as fast as a cheetah!"
-_-' Such lame cliches. I should know better than to think that these are outside the humor program, but eh...
-You see Wily in Colonal version, but not in Protoman version? Must finish Protoman side of BN5:DS for confirmation.... From what I've seen, though, why only have Wily show up in one version?

BN6: - [spoil:c853857e80]Lan marries Mayl?!?[/spoil:c853857e80] I knew it was going to happen, but it's one thing to anticipate it (loose term; I wasn't looking forward to this moment) and another to see it set in stone. ;_;

In all of the Battle Networks, Lan just barges in like right before the final boss is ready, and then The Bad Guy just sicks it on MegaMan. Why doesn't Wily, Kid Gospel, or Regal just take the little kid, cuff him, and lock him in a cell whil they take over the world? They get beat in Net Battles, but Regal is like way stronger than Lan/Netto. They could rule the world without Lan beating them, and WIN.

Or more to the point: In the first two, before the PET went fully wireless, Netto would have had to plug into the devices to stop them, so really, they could have just disconnected his PET right when something big was about to happen... <<;

Oh, yeah, more stuff from BN3:
Yamatoman->Japanman o_O;
Giant hippo turd in the hot spring. Why, Capcom, why!?
Serenade was rather dissapointing... I mean, she was still fairly hard, took me a few tries to get it right, but for needing every standard chip in the game, I was expecting a bit... more. Then came the time trials, the horrible horrible time trials... which I never actually beat << Damn Desertman... Flameman's pretty annoying too... 'zen I reset my game... so now I'm gathering chips to go fight Serenade again... laa...
-.-
And not really a "wtf?" moment, but I thought it was cool that they actually tied in some non-canon characters (and generic sprite ones at that) in from 2.

That's breaking the villian code. Just like if you have the hero captured, you have to tell them your plan before you kill them.

Here's one from BN3. At one point, there's a gameshow at the DNN Station. If you talk to the people on stage, the contestant, (who is a dumbass), makes an incredibly blatant reference to the 2003 film ' Goodfellas.' Seeing as how BN3 also came out in 2003, I'm pretty sure someone in localization watched too much of this movie, and inserted that in there for the hell of it.

You mean a remake of it? 'cause Goodfellas was definitely out before 2003

My bad, it came out in 1990, 13 years before BN3. I'm still curious as to why it's referenced in a Megaman game of all places.

Actually, Regal was on a different platform from Lan in both BN4 and BN5, and I don't think that there was a ladder or walkway connecting the two (in BN4, Regal actually destroyed the walkway so no one could interfere with him, which was a double-edged sword since he was stranded there).

As for Wily, well, he's a old codger fueled by revenge. Sure, the guy knows how to get around, but so does Lan. If push came to shove, I think Lan might have been able to hold his own. Unless Wily started beating on him with that cane. o_O That just put a hilarious image in my head. Hah, ha hah!

And wasn't Kid Gospel, you know, a kid? I don't think I need to say more.

But still, Wily beating up Lan with his cane.... Laughing
Now that would have been some nice comic relief. ; )

I certainly hope you stick around and don't vanish Paradox. XD

Many moons ago we talked about the idea of Wily bludgeoning Netto with a 2 x 4. Good times.
