|
|
I searched the forums & did not find a thread on the NT Warrior DVDs If there is I didnt see it.
I did a little research and figured out what episodes will be on volume 12 & that it will be the final volume. Taking from what episodes are on the 7 out of currently 11 volumes that I have and the listed episodes for the remaining 4 I dont ahve from amazon I wa able to determine what episodes will be on Volume 12:
Hot Tempers
Dont Mess With Mama Zap
Chess Mess
From Here To Revolutionary PET's
Every other Dubbed episode but 1 has been accounted for on volumes 1-11 and Volume 11 "Virus Busters" has 2 of the "lost episodes" that they aired out of order.
There is also a little confusion, there is a fifth episode that I found.
The dubbed version of Commander Beef vs. Netto-kun! (REO has it as aired in canada) If that makes it to a DVD release it will either be on the first Axess DVD or on a 13th volume, which calls for the dubbing of the 3 skipped episodes:
Bizarre! Mystery of the Ghost Ship!
To Become an Idol!
Secret of the Ayano-Kouji House!
So other than that, I think we will be seeing the Axess anime on DVD this time next year if they decide to release it. |

Am I the only one who both doesn't and does want them to dub the idol episode? I don't think I am. |

I waaant them to dub the idol ep, but alas, it's quite doubtful. >_< Though, I really want to see the Beef vs. Lan one. I wonder if they can fit 5 eps on one DVD? _________________ MegaMan Kilobit

Wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong.
You're leaving out a LOT.
I've put this together a long time ago, and the dub DVDs (for the original EXE series) are going to wrap up perfectly at volume THIRTEEN. You seem to have forgotten a ton of the "lost episodes." There are 52 total dub episodes.
Volume 11 will contain...
41 - The End of the End (Japanese 51)
42 - Virus Busters (Japanese 52)
43 - Ice Ice Baby (Japanese 06)
44 - Game Off (Japanese 07)
Volume 12 will contain...
45 - Hot Tempers (Japanese 08)
46 - Don't Mess with Mama Zap (Japanese 30)
47 - The Great Curry Battle (Japanese 31)
48 - Guess Who's Coming to NetBattle (Japanese 39)
Volume 13 will contain...
49 - Chess Mess (Japanese 40)
50 - The Incredible Rush (Japanese 41)
51 - The NetBattle of the Hearts (Japanese 53)
52 - From Here to Revolutionary PETs (Japanese 55)
The only episodes not dubbed are Japanese episodes 26, 27, 43, and 52. _________________

You may want to update your list
52 - From Here to Revolutionary PETs was dubbed checked REO & I know for a fact that the cigar the guy had in his mouth was made to be a pen.
Volume 11 has already been released already confirming what you have said.
Yes I realised later that there are only 52 dubbed episodes if they went up to 13 volumes, but you dont need to jump on me with your bold style typing, so unless you made a thread on this, Id appreciate it if you dont jump on me for some mistakes, be polite about it & thankyou for correcting my errors. Also it has been a year or two since the episodes were on TV plus most of the commotion lately was on beast plus & the new series.
So anyway instead of arguing, Crimson Seiko has pointed out some errors in my information and now I think we are all on track with the NT Warrior DVD's |

Uh...From Here to Revolutionary PETs is episode 55, not 52. Seiko had it right.
I kind of have to agree though, that the your post (PAC) was a bit strong on the accusation side. Might want to back down a bit. :P _________________ "Cats are interesting. Thing is, I do make threads about these, every time I uncover a new DVD cover or new information, English and Japanese. Sorry I blew my cool there, but out came this... really inaccurate information, and everyone was buying into it really quickly, even though I had set things straight a long time ago. _________________

Not all people were able to read those (we've had several new users joining in the weeks after your posts), and some forget quite easily, you made your post several weeks ago, it's not unlikely people will forget what you pointed out in your posts about this.
Please, next time you see something like this happening, just correct them politely, there's no need for explode at that. _________________ Hecha en MÉXICO - Avatar by Me.

It would be good if they dubbed all of the lost episodes. It's possible that they could fit 5 episodes onto a dvd although i don't belive that they will do that. _________________

You replied to her with your reasoning, I replied to your reasoning with why people were easily 'buying' into this information. I don't need to take any breaks, thank you, my drill's pretty durable. When there's no need to tell you anything, you're not told anything. In this occassion, however, I found it necesary. _________________ Hecha en MÉXICO - Avatar by Me.

I'll only care about Axxess if they give us the original versions and put the episodes IN ORDER. _________________ Once I was Dr Kain, but I died and have been reborn as Gankutsuou. |

Original... as in Japanese? Fat chance. But they should be in order, yes.
They only aired out of order because of Kids' WB's horrible scheduling abilities (which is also why the season 2 episodes of the original EXE were aired so bizarrely), but according to episode listings on sites like Teletoon (before they took them down), the episodes were in their original Japanese order.
The only mystery about the Axess dub is whether or not those five episodes near the end (Flying to Shiisaa Island, Go to HELL by Train!?, Meiru's First Date, Top and Grandchild, and Rush Runs Away) were actually dubbed or if Kids' WB just skipped them.
My vote is that they were dubbed because, well, Kids' WB also skipped an episode that aired in Canada (Love Love Aquaman), as well as two episodes from the original EXE that aired in Canada (Strangely Strong! Cutman Brothers! and Commander Beef VS Netto-kun!)... that and the well-known splicing together of some episodes (which resulted in the disappearance of Close Call for Yaito-chan! and Crimson Flash!, both of which appeared in their entirety in Canada and on the DVDs).
Plus, it seems really odd that ShoPro/Viz would dub the episodes in perfect order so far into the series (including really pointless filler episodes), and then just suddenly decide to skip five harmless episodes near the end. Plus, with the transformation of WB into CW (which meant the disappearance of anime on Kids' WB's programming blocks), they were probably rushing to get MegaMan off the air so they could fit in other programming...
But, meh... We got a long way to go before a DVD release so we can know for sure (assuming DVD releases for Axess even happen). Hell, with the current DVD release schedule, it could literally take years to get a final answer on that one... _________________

Crimson Seiko, I sort of agree, but how do you figure WB turning into CW has anything to do with NT Warrior being taken off? _________________ Once I was Dr Kain, but I died and have been reborn as Gankutsuou. |

I explained why in the post already.
Once the WB became the CW, Kids' WB stopped airing anime. I'm sure Kids' WB had signed on for all 51 episodes of the anime, and they needed to at least finish the series before they stopped airing anime all together. I don't know the nitty gritty details with their schedule at the time, but I'm sure they had other programming and new shows they also wanted to get in before the CW conversion, or other anime to finish up as well, so they rushed to finish NT up and take it off the air.
I'm not saying this is what happened (simply a theory)... but I'd imagine that the conversion from WB to CW and Kids' WB no longer showing anime at least contributed to the rushing of NT Warrior's Axess finale, and probably to the absence of those five episodes. _________________

Not really. All of the shows on Kids WB are not in the anime style. The closet is probably Xiaolin Showdown, which is not entirely in the anime style itself.
If you look at all of them, they are ALL American shows. _________________

Yeah, i know. It would be good if they just put megaman back on for about 2 years even though that's probably never going to happen. :D Guess there's always the dvds to watch a million times and memorize them ^_^ ^_^ . _________________
