Wii is more original and intuitive than PS3, PS3 and Wii doesn't aim at the same players, Wii will attract players who want an unique game experience and people who found video games too "complex" to play, it's cheap and offers a great variety of games. I'll also have lots of multiplayer fun games (Like Super Smash Bros Brawl and even a Mario Kart or a Mario Party)
PS3 targets players who want graphics and power, a more "realistic" (In a different way than Wii) play experience, it's the kind of people who are ready to spend $550 in a monster of performance
But Wii is really more interesting than PS3 in my opinion, more convivial, fun to play, because in the word "video game", there is the word "game", and Wii will underline the playing experience, interact ourselves with the game.
And by the way, Sony are in difficulty because of their batteries, and the price of the PS3 will be a double-edged sword, but they can count on FFXII to sell PS3's (At least in Japan, plus their 5% VAT instead of 19% in Europe) |

That's true. Nintendo has always thought differently. Plus that's all they do. So they can focus almost entirely on games. Hey, one of the main guys there just wanted to focus on the games of the Wii and make it $100. But they had to work on the hardware. |
