I've been wondering... you guys think he'll ever make it to the anime series? Or a movie? I still haven't played MMNT (cannot find it anywhere here, not even on Ebay, and I'm not sure if I want to buy it online... shipping would be a bit of an overkill) so I don't know everything in detail, but we had Needleman, Gravityman, Starman in Axess... why not a serie dedicated to our favorite [spoil:8098a145bf]angsty virus-with-high-intelligence-that-then-becomes-a-real-navi-in-the-end?[/spoil:8098a145bf] Don't bite me if I said something wrong, I only heard the ending of the story from a friend, I haven't played it.

Every Transmission navi was in Axess. I would like to see Zero in Stream, but maybe for a few episodes or so.

The ending of Transmission and Zero's fate depends on one thing. [spoil:b14a9a5539]You have to get Zero's "Blueprints" from the Global area. If you get those, Zero will survive and you'll get the secret ending. If you don't get it, Zero will be deleted by Blues after you fight him.[/spoil:b14a9a5539]

I doubt that we'll see Zero in the Anime. Primarily because Zero's got such a huge fan base that he'd probably steal the show's spotlight.

I don't think we have to worry about Zero stealing the spotlight if he every appeared in the anime. His EXE incarnation doesn't have nearly as big and overblown a fanbase as the X and MMZ versions due to the fact he's not pretty or overly angsty so the fangirls pay him no attention.

A virus contemplating the reason of its existence isn't angsty?

And how many characters have they completely rewritten the history of in the anime? They've redone Bass' and Sean's history and we have no promise that they would reuse the Network Transmission plot if they chose to use him. Odds are that they would try to bring him more in line with his other two counterparts just for fan appeal.

I didn't say Zero Virus isn't angsty, I said he isn't as angsty as the character he's based off of. That is, he doesn't smolder with generic rage and the likes, nor does he b*** about it.

And even if they did change him so he DID, he's still not a pretty boy so the fangirls will take one look at him and go "ZOMG HE'S NOT HOT HE SUXX0RZ!" thus cutting the potential fanbase down by more than half.

Are you sure?

[spoil:98b0a29112]Every time I played the game Zero survived, and I do not remember getting blue prints. Then again, if it was a required mission, then that is why. Regardless, I have never seen Zero get deleted.[/spoil:98b0a29112]
