has there been any info on VIZ releasing Axess DVDs?

The DVD covers for Beast+ volumes 03 and 04 have been revealed. Volume three features Nyuudou, Elementman, Roppou, and Judgeman while volume four features Rockman, Netto, and Cache.

And, no. There's still no information on any NT Warrior Axess releases. Let's wait until a little closer to volume 13's release.

Those look as ok as the others do. Although the ending was something a little different.
