The artist/creator just probably make that went through his head and completely forgot about the PET in the original series? ><

It is kinda weird (and crazy) that they used an advance one, used a regular one, and then used an advance one again. They probably seriously abandon the original series....but I remember in episode 4, Netto's dad said that "due to Soul Unison, Rockman no longer has the ability of Style Change", doesn't that means that the creator DOES remember the original series? The best probably just ask whoever publish the series (I forgot who it is ><).

I never said they abandoned the original series. I'm just saying that they made a mistake. They put an advanced PET without even thinking "Wait, these haven't even been invented yet". They just goofed. It happens. There is no super big conspiracy behind it. It's just a continuity error, like an actor wearing a watch while filming a medieval film.

if you look back at those plug in PETs in the old series. They've more details on them compared to the advance and progress ones. Plus the plug in ones seems to be more carefully drawn then the new ones >_<

well...they've changed the art director since Axess...right? Probably there's a chance that the new art director didn't notice the plug in pets.
