I didn't see any Help topics for this, so I'll just post here. I need help for MegaMan X Comand Mission. I need help beating two bosses:
Mach Jentra, the bird dude who always gets me with his fire attacks
The flower people. I forgot there names, but they appear in Tianna Camp.
And, on a side note, I can't see the bosses health meter (if they have one). It ony shows a picture of the boss. Can you give me a few tips on beating these bosses? |

A game that I actually know something about... wow...
Anyways, Mach Jentra can be tough. But the trick that I use to beat him is that if you hit him hard enough, then you'll make him reel and he'll fall to the ground below. Once he's grounded, then your melee characters (Zero, Marino, etc.) won't have any trouble hammering him. Basically, you need to ignore his helpers unless they're those rotten buggers that lower your fire resistance; then use Defend to shuffle your turn order so that it flows in this order: Axl, X/Marino, and then Zero. Use Axl's Copy Shot to transform into Silver Horn, proceed to douse Jentra. Follow up with Marino/X and Jentra should tumble to ground; lastly, knock Jentra around with a double Heat-Hazed Black Zero or the Command Arts. Rinse, repeat, dead buzzard.
The alternate method is to use Zero's Command Arts and cut loose with the Rising Slash (I don't remember the exact name, but it's the one where he does that slashing uppercut deal). That attack is lethal against Air Types and never fails to knock Jentra to the ground. Follow up with a Hyper Mode Charge Shot from X which does double-damage since it's a Melee attack against and Air Type and you're good.
As towards the sunflowers... don't worry about them until you've seriously levelled up. I recommend waiting until after you've cleared the game. But what you have to do is get your WE full as fast as you can and then cut loose with your Hyper Mode Special Attacks and defeat at least one of them before they get a turn in. Otherwise they'll just regenerate and you'll end up spinning your wheels until they kill you. _________________

Indeed, don't worry about the flower girls for now.
As for Mach Jentra, I fought him with X, Zero and Marino. Equip X with the Water-element buster and use him to knock Jentra down to the ground. Then have Zero and Marino focus their attacks on him while X keeps him grounded and takes out the helpers who lower fire resist. I like having X in this fight because a fully-charged Charge Shot allows you to flatten Jentra and his helpers in one blow, and I like having Marino because her Quicksilver allows you to bring some serious pain to Jentra once you have him grounded, hitting him over and over again before he can recover. _________________ Stuck In The Middle With You; a Metroid and Halo crossover

Thanks for the tips. One more thing. Does Cinamon have some special ability I don't know about, because every one of her attacks only takes like one point away from them. |

Cinnamon's special ability? She's a walking sub-tank. *shot*
Seriously, Cinnamon has great defense as she's resistant to just about every form of attack there is and she only takes half damage from any elemental attack; which means that you can render her virtually invincible to elemental attacks with a few Resistance Metals. But Cinnamon's offense is horrible; she's a very wimpy fighter, especially when her level is low.
However, you can turn her into a decent fighter with the Kitty Gloves. In my humble opinion, the Kitty Gloves should be the first things you buy from the secret zone in the Legrado Ruins. Not only do they turn sweet, lovable Cinnamon into a fiesty, tail-kicking warrior; they also lower the enemy's stats like crazy with each of slash of her five-hit combo. Levelled up Cinnamon + Kitty Gloves = Win. _________________

Cinammon has practically no offense whatsoever, except for the aformentioned KittyGloves, but she's almost impossible to kill given her high defense. I like to equip her with plenty of support Subweapons, like missles that inflict status conditions and the WE charger. _________________ Stuck In The Middle With You; a Metroid and Halo crossover

A tip I have for Mach Jentra that no one's mentioned yet. Marino origianlly has the subweapon Hawkeye, which deals a no-miss hit. By equiping it to Zero or Massimo, you can deal major damage to him without fear of missing. Also works with X-Fire charge shot, since it's a ground weapon and very strong at full WE. And as before mentioned, use Axl's DNA change and use Silver Horn, as it will knock down Jentra and deal elemental damage, as well as dealing damage to his annoying preons. Jentra will use a turn to summon them back, fyi.
For the Belladonas, take them out one at a time. Attacking multiple ones will only increase their strength and you'll find yourself dead quickly. I waited until I had the Absolute Zero hyper mode, which can be found in the Melda Ore Plant late in the game, before taking those femme fatales on.
Unfortunetaly, there is no way to see a boss' life gauge. However, the Final Strike bar is a good indication, as it will dissipate more quickly the less health the boss has left. |

The Central Key will be given to you automatically after you beat the game. And it's a good thing too...
[spoil:7f9789fd11]Otherwise the Tail's Clan would wipe you out in seconds.[/spoil:7f9789fd11]
And just as heads-up, make your life easy and do everything in your power to steal the items from the extreme left option of the final boss... _________________

Thanks. I just beat Jentra, and I'm working on Incentas. What is in the door for the central key, anyway? |

Nine insanely overpowered secret bosses. They're known as the [spoil:f7fd877111]Tails Clan[/spoil:f7fd877111] and can be a pain to defeat if you aren't good with Action Commands... _________________
