Thanks for the comments and advice RT-fact and Rock Miyabi. Yeah as you can obviously see I did copy the official artwork. I'll make sure whenever I do something like this I'll give credit. Thanks again for the advice.
Just experimenting with the shading, I think I did alright. Kinda reminds me of how I first started coz I wanted to shade like this but I was never successful. And now I can finally do it, well I probably could have done this sooner but I never tried earlier because I prefer to shade with soft brushes. Enjoy!!

After this post, I guess my thread will finally be 'Popular' after like..a year? Anyways, Id like to extend my thank you to all the people who have commented and given me feedback to my drawings. I am extremely thank you and without your comments I wouldnt be able to do what I am capable of doing now. Your comments are what keeps me going!! Thanks guys!!

Spectacular effects you've made on your promotional picture! How did you do that?
I'm not deeply familiar with Ryuusei no Rockman, but I guess there could be improvements on Subaru's face. The shadings and the colours are good, but the colour on the visor makes me somehow feel... uncomfortable. I'll probably get used to it anyway. |

Havnt updated for awhile mainly because Ive been playing Zelda: Twilight Princess which I just finished. Took me 39 hours!! Ive read though that some people finished around 30 hours..hax!!
Anyways, thanks RT-fact for the comment!! Oh it was pretty easy to do that picture. Just used Illustrator for the lineart, a few outer glows on Photoshop and just a few brush techniques to make the powerblast.
A sketch of Powerman's fist. I thought it would be cool trying to draw a sorta realistic drawing. Enjoy!!

Another sketch of Powerman.exe. I tried to draw the rest of his body as you can sorta see but I couldnt get it to look right. So I just rubbed it out. I couldnt rub it out completely though coz I pressed my pencil down to hard ><

And Merry Christmas!! I know its kinda early but Im going to New Zealand for 3 weeks which means I wont be back till early January. So I might as well say it now since I'll be gone for awhile. See you guys in 3 weeks, chillax!!

The fist is really something you could do for partial detail works, and I admire that. And thanks for reminding about the insufficient rubbing in the second picture, I won't mind it. Still going to see his face starting to become a cliche, but you bent it right with the third christmas picture.
Keep up the good work! |

Im back!! Thanks again RT-fact and Fastman.EXE for the comments!! I had a great time on my holiday and I did heaps of activities but I'll make a journal about my holiday trip on my Deviantart later, if your interested.
I forgot to show this picture before I left for New Zealand. I did it after finishing Zelda, I know those fairy things dont play a big role in the game but I was inspired by the cursor in the game. Its interesting. So I tried experimenting on the sparkles.

A fanart of Rockman Zero, I tried a little experiment with the fade out brush on the eye and helmut. I think it looks cool. I also tried another background and it gave it a good touch to the drawing too.

Well thats all from me, I'll be back with more. Chillax _________________ Email: powerblast@gmail.com

In my opinion, the fairy picture is simple but effective, thanks to the sparkles and other light effects.
I also admire serious Zero arts, but something is missing in this one... It's not the rest of his body that matters, but it's just his eye that could be smaller and better positioned. I also bet that his left eye could have some space in the picture. Regardless, the colouring and the background is astounding. Keep it up! |

WHOA. The Rockman and Elecman fanarts were FLAWLESS. Nice lightning effects you did on Elecman, too.
Keep it up. ^^ |

You never disappoint me anymore, Powerman! If I had made a work that people really like, I would keep it up with the same style. |

Sweet fire effect you've done there. The problem I see with Burnerman is that the burners on his head are... a bit short, don't you think? |

Nice work, that Burnerman have the expression of the malice and danger within him. I think the shading is good enough for me, but I suspect it could use a few more touches on his face. |

Thanks again Fragman.EXE and RT-fact for the comments, really appriciate it!! The fires on Burnerman's head may look short but ive seen in one of the videos that it is that particular size, oh well.
Keeping up my reputation with these fanarts. Well, I think out of the four drawings, this has to be the best. I love it, the shading and colouring here looks greater than what I actually imagined. The vines were really frustrating to do too and they took a really long time as well but its all worth it in the end. Enjoy Plantman's Rose Needle attack!!

Rose Needle? Is it when he fires the needles at you, or when he summons vines?
Oh, never mind. It's good, as usual, though the needles pointing forward look more rounded than sharp... |

It's Rose Thorn, when he shoots things at you.
...ZOMG, they're all like awesomeness! (woot blue fire! *pokes sig*)
If I could draw as could as that... well, my life would be complete. _________________

Heya, thanks for the comments Fragman.EXE and Ultimatez.EXE!! Rose needle is when he fires needles which are attached to the vines, Fragman. Also its called Rose Needle Ultimatez not Rose thorn, just watch the 2nd Rockman Beast episode when Plantman.exe and Sparkman.exe battle each other at the Akihara Tower. You should be able to notice Plantman shouting out "Rose needle" if you watch it. And yes, blue fire!!
Been busy during the week with friends coming over from overseas and such. Also Ive been working on my entry for the Valentines contest thingo. Today we have Shadowman and I was inspired from watching the Rockman Axess episode: The Steel Sniper. So enjoy!!

If you can create such good fanart, I can't wait to get a look at your contest entry. XD
Shadowman's pretty much okay, but his Muramasa seems a little straight. It also could be better if the Muramasa had that red glowy thing that emanates from it. |
