Alright! I can't write you are wrong!
But I can't understand your sentence: "if it's too difficult for you to search through the forums, it'll be difficult to me to be patient with you". How come?

However, I think the Capcom hates Forte: No character like Rockman or Blues never tells him "Thank you, Forte" or something similar, and neither when he helps them (fighting Nebula Grey in the manga and in the anime or Slur).

Example:
1) In the movie, Netto/ Lan didn't tell any character Forte saved Rockman from the Balck Hole. They would have forgive Forte if Netto did it.
2) In the Final manga neither Rockman thanked him for the power Forte gave him to destroy the Cyber Beast Griega.

So it's really unlikely Capcom made a Forte film, because they hate him. However, if he didn't die in the anime he might survive in both manga and game. Maybe Forte will appear in Megaman Star Force.

However, I have a great spoiler for the movie:
ROCKMAN EXE: FINAL CHAPTER
Forte thinks the time to get his revenge is come, then he attacks Sci Lab, where he meets Blues and Rockman which try to stop him but he's too strong. The vengeful NetNavi is about to get rid of them once for all, when Zero (survived by Zero One and his self destruction) protects them. Forte is shocked: Zero is a god between Net Navis, then why is he helping humans? Zero asks him to give a chance to the humans: if the human gender betray him once more time, he will be able to attack him. For the first time in his life, Forte accomplishes and then he starts to help Zero, Rockman, Blues to rebuilt the SciLab... But it's not over!
A Forte look like Navi starts to attack Lan's friends and many server all over the world. Netto's father blame Forte and plans for his deletion (AGAIN?). So Forte go wild and start to attack every thing in his way. Rockman look for him, only to be fought by... ZOANROID FORTE!
Zoan Pharaoman survived from Protoman and he merged with all the Zoanroid and the Super Cyber Beast Grezar. Now he wants just a thing: destroy the Net using his power to summon Proto (the final boss of MMBN3). However, thank to Zero's sacrifice, Forte and Rockman team up merging in an only being: ForteBeastStyleRockman (the fusion between Forte and Rockman Beast Style from The Beast finale). He manages to beat the Zoanroid, but he reach a bond with the Net: if he is deleted, the entire Cyber World will be destroyed. So Netto's father decide to imprison him in a radio wave world... But Z. Forte wake up and tries to take Rockman with him. Then Forte sacrifice himself imprisioning himself and his Zoanroid copy in that world. For the first time, Forte is an hero, as Rockman say in the end:"Forte... dead? that's impossible! We will remeet him once more time!" Then I'd put the love between Mayl and Lan and their future wedding!

Overall, I thought that Forte's story in the anime was somewhat poorly written. Beyond Area 2, and the Movie, he seemed, to me at least, to just be there because if he wasn't, people would be pissed off. I mean, why did he revive Shademan? I don't know what he said in the original, but in the dub it was because he 'wanted the Darkloids to have a future.' I assume, based on the overall quality of the Axess dub, that his reason in the original was similar. Uh huh. Last I checked, Forte viewed navis that served humans to be weak and pathetic, so the Darkloids under Regal (all but Shademan and Bubbleman) would fall under that category. Also, all of them were addicted to Darkchips, another reason to support their patheticness.

In Stream, he was really only there so that he could appear in the Movie. He was featured in the opening, but only appeared in what, 3, 4 episodes?

Sometimes I think that the anime would've been better if it had followed the games a bit more closely at times. Just think, imagine if Cossak had created him in the anime, like in the games? That opens far more interesting story possibilities. What if Saito had been included? Or Shun? Or Proto?

It's a bit sad that the anime rushed to keep up with the games. It didn't need to. While I thought that overall it was pretty good, some aspects deserved better treatment then they got, including Forte.

I really think that he's just for fan-service and fangirls in the anime. In the manga, he was actually entwined into the plotline. He even gave Rockman the determination to keep on fighting when..... POSSIBLE SPOILER-Rockman was wanted by the netpolice for somehting which I can't quite remember, somethign about dangerous power-POSSIBLE SPOILER END. Yep, that's about it.
