Speaking of YuGiOh!

1. Yami Bakura licking the Millenium Eye (not in englsih dub!!!)
2. Pegasus summoning Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon, and Kaiba saying very irritated "You know how I hate that card".
3. Every scene with Yami Bakura and/or Yami Malik
4. Zork's edited 2nd head in the 4kids Dub. In the japanese version it looked like a head on a penis.

Nurse Witch Komugi-chan:
Episode 2- When everyone at the convention gets infected with the virus, a bunch of people line up in front of one guy's both, and one-by-one they come forward with a doujinshi and shout "PLEASE SIGN IT!" The author then smacks the person with the doujinshi and the next one comes up and the same thing happens.
The transformation of Big Sight into Big Cytron. (The convention center that looks like an upside-down pyramid)
Bird Missle - It takes off and the camera zooms around it as it soars through the sky, but eventually you realize the missle is heading right back at the ship that fired it in the first place.
The super bird missle! - After ignition, it bounces around inside it's launch pad for a while, stops, and detonates inside of the ship that launced it.
There's a lot more, but I'll leave it at that.

I have many favorites, but these are the ones I can think of right now:

Naruto: Chuunin Finals: Shikamaru vs. Temari
When I saw how Shikamaru won against Kin, I was impressed. But nothing in the whole Naruto series has impressed me more than his strategy against Temari.

InuYasha: Every time Kagome yells "Sit!"
Sure it happens quite often, but it's still funny.

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children: Cloud vs. Sephiroth
What can I say? Sephiroth is my favorite anime character, "One-Winged Angel" is my favorite song, and "Advent: One-Winged Angel" is my favorite version of said song.
