Favorite human character? It's rather obvious to anyone who knows me that
Meiru-chan
wins over all in my universe, especially her anime depiction, wherein she isn't nearly as much of a token "save me!" type female lead.
Runner up would be Count Elec though, simply because he's freaking crazy and awesome all at the same time.

...because [spoil:1b507d6cbf]according to what Colonel said, Forte Cross Rockman (aka Densetsu no Berserker), G-Beast Rock, and G-Beast Over Rock are far more powerful...not to mention Soul Unison as well... :/[/spoil:1b507d6cbf]

Yeah, he is awesome! ^^ And Elecman is really cute in the Manga.

Saloma! or just Sal, but she's a HOTTIE!!! i don't know, ever since MMBN1 i thought, "That's a nice combination of pixels". plus, she has a secret identity as a super-hero ... how cool is that? hmm, yeah i am definitely a Saloma fanboy. ^_^

I've always been indecisive about most things, and my favorite human in Rockman is much of the same. I like a lot of different people.
Well, for social reasons, I like Mieru/Mayl/Maylu. One? The name's freaking sweet. It's got this almost musical quality. Two, she just seems like an all-around good friend.
For "Just plain Kick-@55" reasons, I like Baryl. He's strong, he's cool, he's always in controll, and he's a great fighter.
For villianous reasons, Wily, hands down. No one beats Wily, not his minions, not his stupid dark-obsessed son, no one. Wily has 1) The history, 2) The "Mad scientist" look, 3) Came up with the Life Virus, harnessed the power of Gospel, Alpha, and the Cybeasts. How many did Regal controll or influence? That's right, one. Nebula Grey. Duo didn't even care about Laserman.

Enzan for sure.
He's just plan awesome. His hair's really interesting...and I find his eyes very beautiful. I also like his attitude and personality, and skills, of course.

Hmmm. this one's tough. I have to say Chirol 'cause she has a funny, yet wacky role in the series. Her looks, well  , have a cute theme, and her personality reminds of Tesla + Madoi. She is my favorite, with Tohru as my second fav. I just love under-appreciated characters so much! |

I'd say other than Netto (because i'm kinda a fangirl), my faves are as follows.
Mariko-sensei- She's really nice (and intelligent), and i like her hairstyle.
Those are my current faves  I have a couple that would fit into secound favorite, but i'll post those later.

Well, Saloma, of course. Out of the three agents, she's the most "normal", and has the best voice actor and seiyuu. And I think I'd be a lot like her. She also seems to take things easy at times.
Second is Madoi. She is hilarious.  |

It's so hard to choose just one...
I'd have to toss up between Netto and Enzan. They both have their merits.
Netto refuses to give up, no matter the situation, and he cares about navis as more than just data. He also seems to mature on some levels as time progresses, although there are some things that'll never change.
Enzan has that super cool attitude that screams "FANGIRL MAGNET!!" He's a bit cold at first, but he softens up and shows that there's a heart underneath that tough exterior, which just sucked most of us fangirls in even more!

hmmm... I'd have to say Chaud because of his cool attitude. He just seems cool, I don't know. I watched a little nt warrior and he was my favorite. When I got MMXCM, I kept thinking, why didn't they have chaud opperate Zero. He's my favorite character from X & MMZ series. But, Bass is my favorite Navi. I stil think that Chaud should've had Zero as a Navi. They're like the same!
btw, would Iris count as a Navi or Human? If you think about it, she's kinda both. |

This is definitely a hard question. I am going to say Miyuki. Her emotionless and creepy demeanor gives her an A in my book. I especially like how she just appears and freaks Saloma out.  Her navi, SkullMan, is also a great navi. Miyuki gets my vote for this one.
