I don't seem to be able to select anything. All the three available themes give me what I assume is the BeastOut theme; that is the new one. So, even if I select the other two the theme remains the same.

Noticed it too. I'm assuming Ryouko just hasn't taken the time to add in the old theme yet, it'll probably be up soon.
