I need to buy a button that says, "I LOVE THE DUB".
Anyway, here's my two bits. VA's if you're going to try out, get a newspaper and find a paragraph of moderate length. Record yourself reading it and use voice inflection, nothing overly dramatic, just enough to make it sound natural. That'll help our project leader decide who can voice who the best. (That's the way we test new announcers at the station.)
And, keep in mind people that this will be a huge project, its not going to happen overnight. If you're going to try out, be sure that you can stick around for the duration.
And depending on how many actors we receive, we may have to adjust the 'chosen episode', kirbopher. _________________

I have nothing against it, seeing as it has gotten exceptionaly better. The only problem I had with the dub was with the first season. The voice actors lacked emotion, the unnessary editing of weapons, and just the overal way WB presentd the series, disspointed me. I guess what they say is true "Things get better over time". :D
Also note: I am not against dubbing. In fact, thats how I watch most of my anime. _________________

You could try and search on the animesuki forums. I think they have translator adds. But I am unsure :/ _________________

If anyone can find a willing translater that'd be great. I know what SOME of the dialogue lines are from Ryouko's episode summaries.

I'd love to help out if I could, but I have no translating skills and I'm not sure if my voice sounds particularily like any certain Rockman character. My voice only goes that high XD I guess I can try for Meiru or Slur, but I'm thinking about more of a backup random-person VA maybe? Dunno, but if there are any other things you'd like brought out, I could do so. I'm compatible with anything within my reach, if that sounds right =P |

If this were possible on my behalf, I can give a pretty good Shuryou and Dr. Regal VA. But I would like to see you do some more planning or else this may go the way of the dodo _________________

I reserved Bass' voice for myself. Shuryou doesn't have his own voice anymore (Forte just talks through him now) and Dr. Regal isn't in that episode. And like I said, if we wanna make this happen we need MORE than voice actors... |

Kirbopher, I've been messing with the software that I have. And slowly but surely, I'm figuring out how to edit this kind of stuff. (School of hard knocks.)
And this is just a suggestion, but it might be better just to use an ep that has already been subbed, because I've done seventeen Google searches (literally) and have not found anything to help in translating. _________________

Yes he does. Bass uses Shuryou's old voice box Mechanism to talk through it _________________

Webbuilder- Well I'm no Japanese major, however with possibly a little help from some peoplem and the summary that Ryuoko-sama made for that episode, I'm sure I could put together a script. Despite all cult-style animes fans wanting to hear all of their english dubs exactly as the original script was, some lines might need to be changed to fit the mouth movements.
Elementalman- Even so, the Shuryou suit didn't actually speak in that episode as far as I remember...speaking of whcih, I'm not even sure I have Stream episode 2 anymore -_- greeeeeat. |

I'm the episode provider. Go check if you have it. If so this post is utterly useless. XP _________________

Nope, I don't. I lost all of my Stream episodes from 11 and below, but I had already seen them so I figured it wouldn't matter. |

I've almost got this editing figured out, and I should have a sample fan-dub of a remixed Cross Fusion (Stream Version) clip done by the end of next week, kirbopher.
And I need to know what the frame rate of these Anime clips are. I've got it narrowed down to somewhere between fifteen and thirty fps, but I'd rather not try fifteen different times to find the right one since it takes my computer about an hour to save a twenty second clip. (That should change after my new system arrives, my current one is six years old -_-; ) If anyone could spare me some trial and error, I'd appreciate it.
But I've run into a minor snag. I can seperate the audio from the video, but I can't seperate audio from audio. Which means that I can't seperate the character's voices from the background music. I might be able to splice together some music from different clips, but there's no way I'll be able to splice all of it, especially an opening and closing theme. _________________
