I doubt Capcom will ever make such an anime, but if they were to, it'd be SO AWESOME! However, I'd expect to see some changes in certain events between the anime and the games. So here, I'll be posting a few ideas on certain ways I'd like the anime to be presented, such as specific events for episodes.
Here's some ideas for the first episode (which is when Ciel awakens Zero). I won't bore you with any parts you'll probably already know about, but just put in ideas for changes.
The episode would start proceeding like the game, but a minor change would occur when Ciel finds Zero. In the game, the Reploid with Ciel tries to approach Zero, but is blown back by a barrier. In the anime, Ciel should be the one who approaches Zero.
Next (these are some of the bigger changes), when Ciel sacrifices Passy to resurrect Zero, he does not reawaken immediately. It takes about a minute for Zero to reboot. During that time, the Pantheons that are after Ciel corner her. Before they kill her, Zero reawakens, and destroys all three of them with his bare hands, not with a gun. Understandably, Ciel is terrified of Zero's destructive capabilities, and runs away from him. Zero chases after her, and the two eventually reach a dead-end. Ciel (who has a gun) threatens to shoot Zero, to which Zero stops approaching her. As Ciel takes another step back, the floor breaks under her, though Zero catches her before she falls to her death. Because of this, Ciel is not so afraid of Zero, but is still wary of his destructive prowess.
Later on, the two find the transporter (before running into the Golem as in the game), but first have to power it up from an external generator. During this time, Ciel would introduce herself to Zero, and Zero would (sort of) find out a bit on who he's supposed to be. As they are returning to the transporter, the Golem attacks, grabbing Ciel. Zero at first tries to kill the Golem with Ciel's gun (she drops it when the Golem grabs her), but it is of no effect. He then tries his bare hands, but the Golem backhands him through a wall (Zero is not badly damaged). The Golem then starts to crush Ciel in its hand, causing her to lose consciousness. X (Cyber Elf form) then shows up and gives Zero the Z-Saber. Zero quickly stabs the Golem in the head, and it releases Ciel. As the Golem's reactor overloads, Zero gets Ciel away.
The rest after that should be like the game. I think that'd be a nice twist on how the series could start.
Oh, and as for the characters, they should be based on their game versions, NOT the manga versions.
I'll post some more stuff later. Until then, enjoy this, and maybe make some of your own ideas. _________________ It's not easy being green!... Or small..... or... the youngest in the family.......... |

I have, and Ciel's more violent personality doesn't really sit well with me. I prefer her more pacifist persona from the games. It's just that in the anime, she should not be unwilling to fight if her life depends on it. Plus, Zero should NEVER be cowardly in an anime, IMO. I'd hate that. He has to be a complete bada** warrior. Someone you have to love to watch in action, because he's so f*****g cool. (sorry for the profanities, but I had to get my point across)
The anime should be more of a serious tone, like Gundam Seed (even though that series had a lot of plot holes) or Ghost in the Shell SAC. There could be minor comical moments, but they should consist of dry sarcastic humor rather than physical comedy. I would want this anime to be meant for older audiences.
Thanks for the concern, though. _________________ It's not easy being green!... Or small..... or... the youngest in the family.......... |

Hm, well, I like what you're thinking, but I liked the way the third chapter of volume 2 ended with wuss Zero utterly pwning the Shitennou _________________ The time is come. Bid farewell to your bloodstained past.

Eh, I want the series to progress with events akin to the games. Although there would be slight changes.
Here's an example: when Zero first encounters Leviathan, she at first tries to seduce him, and then assassinate him. Zero, however, isn't fooled and the two end up fighting. Zero wins (without even scratching Leviathan for that matter), but spares Leviathan's life, which she takes as an insult (she thinks Zero went easy on her because she's a woman).
Also, when Zero goes off to fight Copy X, after Ciel tells him all about Copy X, she insists on going with him. Not wanting to put Ciel in danger, Zero orders her to return to the transporter, but she refuses to leave. In order to make her leave, Zero is forced to knock her unconscious (though he doesn't hurt her), then teleport her out.
I'll think of a few more changes later. Until then, enjoy. _________________ It's not easy being green!... Or small..... or... the youngest in the family.......... |

I've been wanting a COOL Rockman Zero anime ever since the game came out.
But we all know that even if we start the all these ideas and get to a petition in which even a million people would sign, Capcom will just pull out the "lawsuit" issue to pull itself out of the hurdle, leaving all fans disappointed anyway.
I'm sorry to sound so negative, but I'm really disappointed since there isn't a good, well animated serie that can take the honors of how great the Zero games were. Even if it just were an OAV. _________________ SPOILER:

Actually, and OAV would be a good idea. Tales of Phantasia (and soon Tales of Symphonia) did it years after the original SNES game was made, so it's all possible for a Rockman Zero OAV. _________________ It's not easy being green!... Or small..... or... the youngest in the family.......... |
