How do you make your own action figure? PART 2!!!

OK, not long ago I posted about how to make an action figure, now retooling
is taking forever and I don't have the right materials for it either, BUT!
I manage to get incontact with a company that works with Polypropylene
(bet you can't say that 5 time fast, hell I can't even say it once!)
and they use that for making action figure accessories in the action figure bussiness, so I'm close to making my shining force neo abuse puppet, but I need to make a mold first, and I need to make specs for the figure so they can make a mold, so does any body know a do-it-yourself book that can help me? or if anyone who has actually done this sort of thing help me make plans or something?
