You know there's something out there you play that you're embarrased to let anyone know about. Whether it's because the subject of the game doesn't fit you, the game is just really that bad, or because you play it more than any normal person should. Yet you still own it and continue playing it. So, c'mon, it’s time to admit it and let us know!

Three from me to start out.

First: Ironsword: Wizards and Warriors II for NES. Why do I have this game? My aunt bought it because it had Fabio on the box cover. Yep...just cause it was cheap and had Fabio on it. Came with a poster too. She made me and my brother put it in to play, saw that the crappy 8-bit graphics made the main character look nothing like Fabio, and told us to have fun with our new game. That we didn't want. For a knight, the guy sure has the most girlish wimp thrust of his sword to attack. Just need to be lucky that the tip pokes the bad guys. Most picky gameplay ever. But I still play it even though I can't beat it. Maybe 3 levels complete, but with your crap weapon, bosses are impossible. I love when he falls off a cliff, since he seizures and spasms and has a leg twisted horribly wrong before he dies, though.

Two, A Capcom NES Classic: Mickey Mousecapades. Kingdom Hearts it ain’t. It's basically classic Megaman in style with hints of Mario ripoffs. What makes it great? Mickey and Minnie really only attack with ninja throwing stars! There are evil look-alikes of Toad the Mushroom Retainer, only wearing a Kimono, and this bee-like fairy that gives you invincibility to run through everything. Did I mention you have to avoid bird poop? Oh no, Minnie got hit by crap and fell into a bottomless pit! The look of shock on Mickey’s face would amuse anyone. And there are cross-eyed bears that somehow launch like 7 boulders at a time at you. I think the boulder sprites eventually got used for Stoneman. So odd, and such a kiddie game, yet I still love playing it. Capcom owns me.

Three: Evil Zone for PS1. An anime-ish fighting game? Sweet! A guy who thinks he’s a TV talk show host and always fights with his hand in his pocket? I choose him! Wow, the dialog gets bad quick. And for a fighting game, the controls are awful to pull off most moves. But it’s so bizzare, you have to keep playing. Even if you can’t connect any good combos.

*I await the first person to admit Battle Network 4 is one of theirs...*

I totally loved this game back in the day. :P

Hey, it's a good game as far as NetBattling goes. But the forced storyline is kinda bleh.

I can't actually think of any real guilty pleasure type games that I play. Unless Kirby games count.

Mickey Mouse - World of Illusion on the Sega Genesis. I remember playing it when I was younger... And then there's Tiny Toons Buster Busts Loose. That is pure fun XD

1. Dead or Alive Ultimate. I don't think any more needs to be said.

2. Dynasty Warriors 5. Sure, the story's poorly done, as is most of the voice-acting. But Cao Pi is just such a bad-ass, and swinging a weapon around and demolishing a whole flood of people is just so satisfying.

3. Wii Sports. Yeah, I know what you're going to say, why would Wii Sports be a guilty pleasure? Well, there are two training minigames in particular that just tickle my funny bone. The first is the bowling one where you have to knock down successively larger numbers of pins, and seeing all those pins get flattened never gets old. The second is the boxing game where you have to punch your trainer's mitts, and the grunts he makes when you *cough* "accidentally" hit him make me giggle unreasonably. It's a strange sort of thing, to be sure.

4. X-Men Legends. Specifically? Helping the villains "redecorate" their bases...by picking up every single object and hurling it into the walls. When I would play co-op with my friends, we would frequently take breaks out of our adventure to race to see who could cause the most destruction and send the most objects flying. Ahh, good times.

I'm pretty sure I've got that, too. For some reason I don't remember if there were two BttF games for the NES, though. I do remember some different mini-games and how the Delorian would float by, you'd hop in and pick the date to skip to. Gonna have to dust that off in the morning now, haven't played it in years. But those awesomely bad sound effects are in my head again.

That's another good one with awesome mini-games. Never got the one I wanted on the wheel half the time. I had all those Looney Tunes SNES games. Tazmania was another fun one, although all you really did was run down the street and eat all them kiwis.

pinball games.
all platforms.
NES (only a power failure stopped me once),
Kirby (GameBoy. Batteries, this time),
PC (gotta get a better rank than Lieutenant!),
PS1 (this one's a PAL played on my NTSC console. Imagine how my eyes hurt by my third ball)....
I've yet to get my hands on a metroid pinball, though. *checks online shops*

Evil Zone's a guilty pleasure? Does that make me guilty because I love that game? XD (But don't diss Keiya, he and Kakurine rock. D: XD)

...I still play Panic Restaurant for NES occasionally. The game is so weird, yet so fun. But I can't get past the Fish stage. Stupid flying kabobs and walking roasted chickens! ;~;

Whoa, I'm not the only one that's played that? YAY, I'm not insane for liking that game when I was a kid. Never could remember if I got past the stage with the card men... o_o

Yeah, there was a game that covers both movies 2 and 3 also. XD

Kirby Squeak Squad. As far as Kirby games goes, this game isn't AS good. But I love it.

Uhh... I play Super Smash Bros on kaillera WAY too much XD WAY TOO FREAKING MUCH XD

I played BN4 up to the part where you get your first giga chip :< then I lost it. And thank goodness for that.

I also played Ultimate Spiderman for DS way way way too much. To the point that I had to sell it to stop myself from continuing to play that short as hell game.

...I think I played Rockman Zero 3 like....twenty times. And I play Rockman X8 way too much too. Too much tooo mucchhhhhh!

Hmm.

The only game I take guilty pleasure in playing so far is Sonic Adventure 2. At this point, even though the story is pretty much ridiculously cheesy, I suppose, and rather unrealistic (especially in the voice acting), it is still a solid game when it comes to gameplay, and I have to admit some of the tracks are fairly catchy, even if the camera STILL doesn't follow me.

The first one is same as Mid's. Whenever I am bored or just simly ran out of games to play on my NGC, I would always grab my copy of SA2:B and start play some of the stages. I just can't stop playing it, despite that I have -almost- all 180 emblems collected.

Another is Bleach DS 2nd. You can tell how much I've play from my WiFi record and the way I fight. XDD;

Battle Network 6: Now don't get the wrong idea. I like this game a lot, but it kinda makes me feel like I'm playing Battle Network 4, which is another one (except I don't like BN4. I only play for the Free Tournaments at Higsby's).

Lego Star Wars I and II: There's only two or three people who have played and liked these games in my school, and Every time I bring it up, my friends all go, "You play Lego Star Wars!!?!?!?" except for the few friends I have that like this game.

Battle Chip Challenge: While it has cheap controls and doesn't let you control ANYTHING, it's something different when you get tired of normal BN.

Contra for NES: I don't know if this would count, but It's got cheap graphics, but it's so addicting and I have a 30 life cheat for it. I just love the gameplay and the weapons are fun to shoot off.

Tiger Heli for NES: This game used to be my favorite NES game, until I found out... IT GOES IN A FRICKEN LOOP!!!! It's fun to blow up random tanks, and dodge the Giant Artilery, blow up houses, destroy boats, and collect bombs. My parenst played this game, and they say that I'm the one who got the furthest on that game.

Crash Twinsanity for PS2: It's so dumb it's funny. It's pretty addicting as well. Going through levels and trying to find your way out. If you've played this game, the Ant Agony level can be a real pain. (Nina Cortex rules!)

These are my "Guilty Pleasure Games."

I have no shame for liking any of the games I do, but I get a lot of grief for being open in my love for Sister Princess.

People also get at me about my erogame collection, but nowhere as much as Sister Princess.

Strange, that.

...Okay... I admit it, I still play Pokemon Snap on a consistent basis. Just it's so... I don't know, it's not even addictive it just *is*.

Also, if I love a show enough (not naming any) chances are I'll get the game just to see what it's like. Even if they suck. I can't help it, I live for story lines even if they are badly written.

Hmmm....guiltly pleasures.....hmmmm, digging into my personal life eh?

Well let me see...

1) Megaman Soccer (SNES)
- Probally one of the games in the series that everyone is like, eeeeewwwww! But when I saw Megaman Soccer at my local video store and rented it, oooo man, that was so much fun, especially playing against others in it, and doing those power kicks and when you hit the other players, they exploded. Plus Dr. Wily is so cheap to use, gah! But the game was sooo much fun for me....hopefully im not going to He.....well you get the hot steamy drift there from below Razz

2) Darkwing Duck (NES)
- The show rocked and I loved the game, I miss it so, I remember constantely playing it when I was a lil kid, I remember one day playing it all day till I beat it, that was amazing, especially since that was when I was on vacation at my grandparents.

3) Ducktales (NES)
- Same as above, it rocked, but I didn't play it non-stop on vacation. DUCKTALES, WOOO-HOOO!

4) Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (PS2)
- Now Hecxz, what is so guilty about one of the best PS2 games ever, everyone has played that game. Well...when you didn't own a PS2, and wanting to buy one, someone gives you a copy of the game for $5 and you go stay the night at your friends house and play that game from 5PM till 9:30AM next morning to beat it.....doesn't that make you feel guilty? Well me and my friend, even though I was playing it, had fun watching it, and listening to Otacon's dark past near the end of the game......WHOA!

5) Karakoke Revolution Party (PS2)
- It just lets you know that Hecxz, YOU CAN'T SING.....at least I don't have to hear it from Simon Razz

Yugioh: Duelist of the Roses, for me. I admit, yugioh gamplay is hard, but I USED to play these cards in real life. This game kind of reminds me of my past losses and somewhat painful memories years ago. Nobody did ever cheer me up Crying or Very sad . Anyways, the controls are hard, graphics are not bad, but the game itself is guilty because yugioh is constantly being flamed for its fantasy-like storyline and such. Therefore, I felt stupid playing, but it is a great strategy game. Although I can't win a real duel, I can always feel better buy winning in this game... oh, and I'm not emo. Abayo, mina.
