And anyway, you're not going to find all the accessories easily...or by asking that simply.
Simply put, you should check every nook and cranny of the game in each mode. I have almost all the items from going through normal and hard modes. Just gotta finish leveling up my weapons and then I'll check through Nightmare mode.
