Other games I played well there's a few, I played Metal Gear series since it's next to Rockman as my top favorites, followed by Resident Evil, then Silent Hill, then Sonic, Other games like Halo & Dead Rising from the XBox also are great, but the Wii is getting me back in touch with the Nintendo fan boy I was waaaay back in the day before Sony dawned the PSOne. So Im enjoying classic games like Mario and Zelda again, especially the ones I missed from the N64. Plus Zelda:TP rocks my socks.
Some reason I'm playing Super Mario World crazy all over again The retro fan boy unleashed! _________________ -Follow me on Twitch.tv-

I play my good ol' platform/puzzle Klonoa games from time to time. There's also Okami, which is too awesome for words. A favorite of mine for the PS2 is the Sly Cooper seires. The moves you can do as a theif are just... cool. XD
Of course, there's also favorites like Zelda, Kingdom Hearts, Starfox, Pikmin... Speaking of the last one, I sorta quit when too many of my Pikmin died once. ( Curse you evil machine boss thingy! X< ) _________________ MegaMan Kilobit

Grand Theft Auto 2 for PC takes up a lot of my game playing time and today i found a program on a site called Gouranga that allows you to modify the graphics to customize cars and such. "Very nice!" (for some reason, Borat popped in my head) Super Smash Bros. (the upcoming Wii version looks good ... FOX McCLOUD!), Mario Kart DS, still playing MMBN5 DS: TL (too many initials!). Come April, Pokemon Diamond will be on the top of the list. that penguin starter looks cool / kawaii! _________________ Avatar by Tabby (of my NetNavi, GuincoolMind.EXE) : : :

Well, since I know a "How many games do you own" thread probably won't fly, being not very discussion worthy, might as well use this opportunity to update my game inventory! If all you're asking is what else I play, the answer is everything on this list, since I still own all these. Other than my classic Sega, every system is plugged in somewhere, so I still will play them randomly. Might be missing some popular games, but that doesn't mean I haven't played them or beat them at some point. You can't own everything, after all. Plus I have sold a few in my day. So I don't know if having what I still have makes me crazy or hardcore or what. I'm sure somebody here has more than this.
My list is still incomplete, though. My brother has Gamecube at college and I forget all we have. And he took random others that may be missing for various systems, but not a ton. Although I don't know if they all count as stuff I play, when I haven't had the time to play some of them yet! But I'm always curious if people have some of these more obscure titles, so have fun looking at my collection! (And yeah, Rockman games are included. So sue me. Ignore them if you'd rather.)
Come read Miyabi's long list! _________________ Avatar art thanks to toberboobap, animated gif thanks to Dr. Wily II

I'm a big fan of the "Tales of" game series, especially Abyss, the most recent. I think I've clocked in up to 73 hours or so now of gameplay, it's just an awesome game.
Also a fan of Baten Kaitos, I look forward to playing the prequel soon. And of course, Kingdom Hearts II. I've had FF12 since Halloween, and haven't even played it yet (though my brother borrowed it in the meantime). _________________ "Cats are interesting. They're kind of like girls. I've just gotten into the Tales of Series, (I got Legendia last summer and waiting for the price of Abyss to go down a bit). I play the Final Fantasies, Kingdom Hearts, Mario Kart, Tekken, Star Ocean 3, Valkryie Profile, TMNT, and others that I cannot think of right now. _________________

Ever since my PS2 broke, I've had to concentrate on DS games and honestly, I don't mind one bit. Phoenix Wright (both), Final Fantasy III, and Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime are at the top of my replayandplayandplay list. I've also got Nintendogs (woof XD;;; ) and am trying to get Digimon World DS and Mario Kart DS, as well as Pokémon Diamond at some point. There's also a GBA game I've been playing here and there, called Summon Night: Swordcraft Story (or something like that). It's a pretty awesome game ^^
As soon as I can get a new PS2 though (a long, long time from now XD; ) I plan on getting Okami. I played it last time I visited my boyfriend, and that game is beautiful enough to make you cry~ T-T _________________

Well, I like to play some sonic the hedgehog. It's a lot of fun how fast you can go and all that stuff. Another game I like to play is Fire Emblem. I like the strategy type games as well, but I like to play some Metroid Prime too. There are many other games but I wouldn't want to bore you all with them. _________________

When I'm not playing MegaMan Battle Network/Zero/XCM, I usually play Lego Star Wars II or the first Star Wars Battlefront. Most of the time I spend on my PS2 goes to Tony Hawk games, though. I like Pro Skater 4 the most. Just to point out, I'm a real AC/DC fan. THPS4 has the song TNT on it, and that's by AC/DC. It's funny, 'cause that's the only song I have turned on.
For GBA, I play Star Wars Flight of the Falcon and this old PacMan collection game for GBA.
For NES, my favorite game is Tiger Heli. You fly a Helicopter around blowing stuff up all day! The only bad part is, it's impossible to win. IT GOES IN A LOOP!!!! Everyone says I'm so good at that game. I've gotten further on that game than anyone in my family.
hmm... that question's kinda hard, because when I;m playing video games, I usually play Battle Network 2, so I had to think on the GBA part. |

Besides Rockman.EXE...? That's hard. Mostly Kingdom Hearts, and then Yu-Gi-Oh GX or Ultimate Ninja. _________________

Well let's see.
I enjoy playing both Kingdom Hearts games. I also love Final Fantasy and Legend of Zelda. And I also play Boktai (Lunar Knights, as well). I also play Pokemon (the anime may be a repetitive series that's 90% fillers, but the games are still enjoyable).
I've also been picking up an interest for DDR in the past year. _________________

Currently I am playing two games,
1. Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars
- I've always been a fan of the C&C series, starting with Tiberian Dawn. This game is set in an alternative future. In short, in 1995 a meteorite crashed along the river Tiber in Italy. From the meteorite a strange substance leaked which slowly started to spread itself around the world. First in plant form, later they started to change into crystals. These alien crystals not only slowly covered the earth but were also toxic to humans and started to change the climate of our planet as well. It is generally believed that this stuff (Tiberium) is terraforming the earth in order to make it uninhabitable for humans but habitable for someone else (an alien race)
In the first two Command and Conquer games (Tiberian Dawn and Tiberian Sun) two major super powers (GDI- consisting of the USA and several western nations- there goal is to stop the spread of Tiberium and in the end destroy it and Brotherhood of NOD-a mighty terorist organisation who wants to accelerate Tiberium growth believing that this will bring humanity to the next stage of evolution. Their leader is the charismatic Kane) clashed in two major wars.
I had a great time with these two games, especially with the single player campaigns which were often very exciting and interesting.
So when I heard that Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars would be released it was no surprise that I became really excited. I bought the game and so far I am not disappointed. The graphics look great and the units and sides are better then ever. A third side has been introduced in this game as well, an alien race called the Scrin. They are the ones who have seeded the Tiberium in 1995 and now it has spread they want to harvest the stuff. Only, they are surprised to find out the humans are still alive. Despite that discovery they still launch their invasion bringin even more chaos and death to a war-torn planet.
I haven't started playing the campaigns yet (only a few skirmish games) but I hope to start with them in the weekend. I also like the fact that each side looks really different and has his own strengths and weaknesses.
GDI: Strong but slow ground forces. They are somewhat weak concerning air power.
NOD: Their units are generally weaker, but they are pretty fast and stealth is a major part of their military.
Scrin: Weak ground units but superior air force. (Their Planetary Assault Carriers and Devastator Warships are really units to fear)
==============
Platform: Computer
2. F.E.A.R
A very exciting and scary 3D shooter. The graphics are beautiful but they do require a pretty powerful computer in order to run it with all the bells and whistles on.
In this game you are part of a United States Elite Military team. When an experiment goes horribly wrong (involving cloned soldiers and a psychic commander) you are sent out to stop the enemy commander.
You find out soon that th commander is being controlled by a strange ghost entity named Alma, who appears to the player as a little girl in a red dress. I won't say more but I never expected that a littl girl could scare me so many times in this game. Add to this that you are often subjected to hallucinations and it gives you a memorable gaming experience.
The battles are the best I've seen in a shooter to date. The battles are even more interesting because you are fighting against human soldiers (although they are being controlled as well) I have almost finished the game and I hope to start on the expansion pack soon.
The reason I bought this game was because I heard a lot of good things about this and because I wanted a challenge. I never played a scary game to the end and I wanted this to be the first game to finish without quitting halfway through. This game really gave me a new meaning to the word fear. I am not kidding. _________________ This great avatar is made by Synchro-kun. Thank you! |

Well, besides Rockman... I love to play Klonoa games, I have all the Klonoa games right now, even the WonderSwan one. Right now, I'm replaying Klonoa: Heroes for Gameboy Advance.
Also, I just got a Wii and I'm playing The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess... but to be honest, I'm not a really big fan of the Zelda series... but it is the only game I have for Wii that is actually entertaining...
And before I got the Wii, I was playing God of War 2, a game that a friend of mine lended me, and I must say, it's a really enjoyable game. When I stop playing with the Wii for a while, I'll try to complete it before my friend wants it back.
I also play frequently Age of Empires III, I like RTS games, and the AoE series has always been one of my favorites... altough being able to play it has his cost (especially with the requirement of a powerfull video card), it sure is worth it. |
