If it wasn't, I'll tell you what I told them. Just wait for the sub, DATS just released episode 9 so, what comes after 9?
Because, to be honest, they're probably the only people who have them.

He's here because DATS needs the romaji before they're able to complete the script for 10 and 11 and unfortunately, the romaji is pretty difficult to catch with the way Misora sings...

Unfortunately, as far as I know, there's no place so far that has the romanji lyrics of the song appearing in episodes 10-11.
All I can think of would be looking on Japanese rockman fan-sites to see if any of them have any lyrics posted. Though, even then I think it'll be hard to find them for a while. >.o

There's only one translator for Ryuusei (because there are so many series done simultaneously, and Digimon Savers is top priority) and he's been busy and like I said, it's hard to get the romaji from songs, so every little thing would help. :/

Sorry for reviving a topic ~_~
Getting lyrics to songs when they're covered up by speakers is always a challenge. Heh, getting lyrics period is a challenge. Even when it's your native language. =/
We're still trying to get the lyrics for these, and a number of our translators have tried it themselves, and aren't doing the world's best. We're just... stuck. I think that's the only way to put it.
So, I've decided to try and get it going, and trying to get as many people involved as possible. Here's a copy paste from my latest blog post.

I’ve identified 2 different songs that she sings throughout the episodes (ignoring Heart Wave for the moment, as we already have the lyrics to that) and then ripped out all the scenes that had the songs, except if there are any in episode 21. I don’t have the raw for 21 for some reason =/
But anyways, I’ve gone through. Even the short bit in 16 where a reporter tries to sing the song… I ripped. @_@ It was a long and rather painful process (especially when it came to episode 18, that FM’s voice is grating) but it had to be done, if we are ever to get these inserts done and the episodes released.

If those lyrics are such a roadblock to completing episodes 10 and 11, my suggestion is that perhaps they aught to just be skipped. When the lyrics finally get deciphered, you could use them for a different episode or revisit these.
That's just my opinion, of course. I don't really have anything to contribute, so take it with a grain of salt if you wish.

Yes, that may be true for some... but for ep11, the song I've dubbed "Misora 01" is the only vocal stuff for a good portion of it. It looks really silly without anything about that song (QC encodes) and it looks even more silly if you only do a portion of the song =/

kusane (or kusa no ne) means "grass-roots"
since the rest of the songs suggests two people from different backgounds (or "roots") being friends, it made the most sense, at the same time closest-sounding.
