Sweet, finally a glimpse of Venom. This made my day, seeing as how Venom is my favorite Spidey villain (possibly favorite super villain ever). Thanks for the link!

So glad to finally see Venom in the flesh, so to speak. I see they decided not to go for the creepy, bulky Venom, which would've been cool to see, but I like the Venom design they did decide to use too.

I read that they took some liberties with Venom for the movie. For example, they made his webbing black instead of white.

Overall, the fact that Venom is in the third movie is not at all surprising. Right off the bat with Spider-Man 1, you just knew they were going to feature a Symbiote villain in one of the movies and it would more than likely be Venom.

My favorite villain is really Carnage, but Venom was definitely a more likely choice for the movies. Especially considering the fact that Carnage is the spawn of the Venom Symbiote.

This is just my guess on how the movie will go.

It'll start off with Spider-Man doing his thing, spending time with MJ. Then Sandman appears and Spidey fights him. After Sandman is defeated, in comes Harry as the new Goblin. Then Spidey beats him after becoming possessed by the symbiote. Then after he realizes that the symbiote is controlling him and he rips it off, it possesses Eddie Brock and becomes Venom. Then Peter dons his original Spider-Man suit and the rest of the movie will be all about Spider-Man vs. Venom.

At least that's what I think will happen.
