I saw a pic on ciel network with Zero And Ciel in anime form.And i readed that there's an unofficial manga.Now is there an anime?

No, there is not. The only thing close to that are the 3 commercials for the games.

I suppose those are from the PS games, if not, then in one of the ports. I believe that nearly every X game has been ported to PC, but don't quote me on that because I don't like the X series.

X1 was made for PC with horrible midi music. T.T
X3 was made for PC as well (with cinematics and remixed music!).
X4 was made for PC (same quality as Playstation) with AVI format video cutscenes.
X5 was made for PC (same quality as well).
X6 was made for PC... BUT, not over here in America.
X7 is... debateable (silly Korea... =P).
X8 is released in Japan for PC. MMX8 is probably done (check the demo, you'll know what I mean), but COA hasn't said anything.

And yes. Everyone wants a Rockman Zero anime.

Eh, I figure if Rockman Zero stays popular enough it might get an anime. Rockman.exe got one, and the orginal Rockman had 3 oavs. So, it's possible.

The closest thing we've gotten to that are the Megaman Zero OSTs with the sound clips of the charaters talking from scenes of the games.

Well, X appeared in the Mega Shows (well, one episode) and, like you said, the cutscenes. You might've seen the episode Mega X.

The second issue is most likely coming out late April maybe. The chapters have gotten shorter, I need to check a new Coro Coro.
