i think that u should....
1. give people pictures to choose for their avatar if they are having trouble getting 1
2.u should have special dates when certain things are going on.for example christmas should have snow falling
3. their should be points.

A points system in such a forum would only be cosmetic and would have no purpose in a place like this. Since this is meant to be an area for discussion, adding forum mods left and right for no reason is just silly.

But in all seriousness, it's fairly easy to tweak out her actual post count.

Edit: All three of the "suggestions" are already done--the first if you take a good look, the second when the time comes, and the third is post count. Try again.
