Sorry for the confusion over something trivial, but maybe this'll clear it up. Hope you don't mind me doodling over it. But I think you mostly understood.

The upper wings are normal, so Rockman is in the foreground and your scanline filter stays behind it in the background. That's why I traced them as they are. The bottom two appear as if that filter has overlapped part of the black outline of those two wings. The black fades in the middle of the 2nd from bottom wing and off the tip of the lowest wing, where your filter overlaps. So it makes it look like those parts are now in the background rather than in the foreground with the rest of Rockman's body. I just felt that the filter lines should either be touched up off of those lower wing parts, or the upper ones should have that same effect if you'd rather, just so it appears consistent. Hope that's a little clearer ^^;

Oh! Yeah, when I was cutting Megaman out from the icy background, I tried to remember how to cut it without getting the edges faded off, but apparently, it didn't come to me well enough. ^_^;
I don't have Photoshop, so I use GIMP for sigs and CG's. Pretty similar to Photoshop, but less flexible.

School's a pain in the eyes. It's so hard to keep my eyes open to pay attention.
