Are there any fandubs of Stream-Beast +? Why were these never dubbed.

No, Puku is doing Beast and will probably move onto Beast+ afterwards. WPP is doing Axess at the moment and will move onto Stream (probably) afterwards, but they do a couple of other series so it's slow going in general.

Well then, it's probably because it was decided they weren't popular enough to warrant continuing. Probably also because people wanted to advertise Ryuusei/Starforce.

Id be willing to work on a fandub if theres enough people, of course we would need the audio for all the sounds and music in stream and have to add our own.
I tried to create my own fandub of Sailormoon Stars about a year ago, I had collected all the music tracks and was only missing certain sound effects and I had an almost full voiceless dubbed episode but then I gave up on it because how was I going to get people to do voices and get good quality voiceovers.

So if theres anyone planing on a fandub, Im in Smile

Rockman.EXE Stream: Possible future project of WPP. (Can someone confirm for me? :D)

Rockman.EXE Beast+: Yet to be Fansubbed. Will be completed by Puku Anime after Beast is completed.

I really didnt want to announce it until my first release, but Im am currently putting together a team and hopefully by the end of the month start production on subbing Stream. I am sick of waiting around so I am taking a step and doing something about it. I need more than one translator though, so if anyone wants to help me out they can!

And I have decided since Stream 1 was already subbed, that will be the last episode that my team will sub for stream. But I am also going to have other projects going on too. This all depends on if I can convince the person I want to do translating to join my team.

Zettai has begun work on Beast+, if you want to check out their single episode.

DATS is also gearing up to release some Beast+... hopefully soon.

But yeah, it's a shame that Stream is so ignored, especially since it has one of the best opening songs.
