Favorite ending? *MASSIVE spoilers*

Kain.EXE

Mine was Megaman 2 for the NES.

It's powerful. Although it can be debated, I always thought Megaman died, because he's walking alone and slowly, he didn't look very happy, there's somewhat sad music in the background, and the weather that corresponds to the weapons really adds to it (especially the rain). Then he stops walking, delays, looks at the sky, and then disappears and only his helmet remains.

It should, seeing as how this is the "Rockman Square" and he didn't put any limitations on the question

I suppose my favourite is.....Hmm. Maybe EXE1, but for a none EXE ending, maybe MegaMan 3. Gotta love the ending theme.

Definately EXE3. <3 Will always be my favourite. For a close second place, I'd probably go with X 8.

Zero 4 had a weird-as-hell plot, but I liked the ending. Zero actually showed personality there, and I really liked what I saw. No matter how brief it was...

I would say X7 (Axl's ending) is my favorite. I'd rather not explain, I'd take too long.

As an initial reaction to the question, I'm thinking Rockman 2 or 3, leaning towards 3. Perhaps I'll update my opinion as I give it further thought.

Favorite ending...? To be honest, I just realized that I don't have one...

Seriously, most of the time the endings leave me unfulfilled or unsatisfied. And as a result I don't even remember the endings half of the time. Most of the time I remember the scene right before the final boss than I do the actual ending.

Now if you ask me what my favorite boss scene is, MM:ZX wins hands down. "If you're the MegaMan destined to rule the world, then I am the MegaMan destined to save it!" has got to be the best none EXE line ever and solidifies everything about Aile's character she's been struggling with up to this point.

But as towards favorite ending... since MegaMan X-treme 2 is the only ending I can really remember off the top of my head (probably because it was the first MM game I ever finished 100% [even found the Hadouken] and X's ending art was pretty spiffy) I'd have to go with that one. I seem to remember liking QuickMan's ending of Battle & Chase as well, but I can't really recall anything about it.

hmm...favorite ending. One of my personal favorites was the one from Zero 3, not to mention the ending from Zero 4 which still has me kinda baffled haha.

EXE 3's ending was really good when I beat it the first time it freaked me out a bit heh.

X5's ending was pretty good too but it made me reluctant to want to play x6 >.>.
