Hi everyone! I've been gone for a really long time now cause my life's been kinda crazy for a while. i've been trying to get admission into the New York film academy and I've finally gotten my visa so I'll be able to move to NY in December and I was wondering if I could make some friends(or girlfriends preferably) now and meet them when I get there, so does anybody here have a myspace/facebook account or something? maybe we could chat? we can send it through a PM or something....... I'm not any good at meeting new people i'm quite anti-social, so sorry if this sounds a bit weird.

Good luck with what you have here. New York is a fabulous place to live, even if only temporarily. Contrary to popular belief, the people here are quite friendly, though there will be the occasional asshat on the street.

Lol. college point.
I know NYFA is in union square, but I definetly am not sure if that's the school you're going to. I live in the western part of Queens. And of course, NY is a wonderful place and I do believe there are some jerks once in a while. <_< Like today, a lady stole my ride from my metrocard, and the only card I had.
