One Piece Manga/Anime -spoilers inside-

He would be Bellamy the Hyena, former underling of Donquixote Doflamingo. I won't be seeing any of Funi's dub unless it airs on Jetstream (ha!), or if I buy the DVDs.

I've finally caught up anime-wise. Jungle P demostrates just how a two minute opening should be done: lively music to keep the viewer engaged, and plenty of nice, equally paced footage to watch. The Icehunter Arc has been pretty good so far too. Zoro telling the iceberg to stop moving was hilarious.

My next One Piece related goal is to watch those three specials that aired a while back.

Wow I guess I'm the only one who thinks that Jungle P is absolutely terrible.

The new dub is quite enjoyable, especially since Skypiea is probably my favorite arc.

Curious to know if anyone watched this week's episode. I found the entire fight against the Don to be hilarious, especially the nasal rocket thingie the Don can do. I wonder if Oda had a hand in that, as he did design the character. Glad to see he wasn't blown away by Gear Second, so next week should be good.
Doesn't make up for the fact that Puzzle was completely wasted as a character, though.

Thriller Bark starts in January, so I can finally see exactly why the fandom seems to be having fangasms whenever Brooke appears. I honestly don't see what's so special about him.

Hm, Gear Second was used in the anime the same week it was in the manga... It couldn't have been intentional... Could it?

I'm actually more excited about Moria than Brooke at this point.

Especially with him becoming all gigantic and whatnot.

I'm trying to learn all I can about One Piece...but I can only learn so much unless I want to download over 300 episodes D:.

Also wiki-ing it can help but that can take just as much time. I do know of a One Piece wiki though.

I can't wait to see Kuma charging his laser animated.

I'm still rather neutral to Brook. When he's being comical, I can't stand him, when he's being serious, I can, so it somewhat balances out. I'll look at his attributes:

Living skeleton: Not an original idea by a long-shot, but it is a first for One Piece, not counting that horrid anime special.
Has an afro: Okay.
Has a cane-sword: That's kinda cool.
Panty fetish: *yawn*
Skull Jokes: ...get tiresome, fast.
Connection to ******: Neat, but kind of random at this stage in the game.
Annoying Fanbase: Argh!

With the latest chapter though, looks like his joining is now set in stone. It is kinda funny that his afro appeared to obstruct his face when he was alive.

Brook Finally Joins up as the Chapter Title is "The Eight One" So Brook is the Muscian/Swordsman? of the crew. Now I wounder Where they is going next. XD';

Also Anyone heard of the little Tid Bits of Movie 10? some one saw a screen of it at an advance screening off of the Movie 9

Necrophiliacs everywhere rejoice. Though as I said on AP, I have a sinking feeling that the ball is about to be dropped, though that may come from all the dumb Impel Down theories I've seen online.

Yes, news of finally getting an original movie is a breath of fresh air after 8 and 9. Don't get me wrong, 9 looks cool, but I would much rather get a new story than a souped up old one.

So, one arc ends, another, highly fan-hyped, begins. Fishman Island.

So so far we have Hatchan being kidnapped by some punk-Flying Fish rider gang, led by some armored dude with an axe to grind with Luffy named Dupal. It's anyone's guess who Dupal really is, guesses running the gamut from Captain Morgan to T-Bone.

I know a lot of people have been eagerly anticipating this arc, so I'm looking forward to what happens.[/spoiler]

Yeah, looking back on it, the Duval portion of Shabondy seems way too forced. But the good thing was that Hatchan came back, because he was one of my favorite characters back during the East Blue days, and I still like him now.

As for the World Government, I want to know about its inner workings, so Shabondy proper is hopefully going to be a treat. The Tenryuubito probably would've looked more intimidating if they weren't wearing fishbowls though. Still, they're pretty cruel.
