I thought it would be fun to post what you asked for... then after Christmas see what Santa brought you. ;)
As for me, I'm heading to Japan in March, so I'm not asking for any gifts. ^_^; Maybe just a few cents towards my trip. _________________ "Cats are interesting. They're kind of like girls. When they come talk to you, it's great. When you go talk to them, it doesn't go so well." - Miyamoto

(Well in advance) good luck for your trip!
As for Christmas, some money going towards a trip to Sydney shortly after New Years' would be quite nice. _________________

I got what I wanted. A Wii. So expect a number soon. But Really, that's what I wanted. I just need to get games. I do have Mario Galaxy but there's a whole Wii's worth of games I want. |

Good luck getting one. It was like the number one item in the 'black friday' list. I hardly think anymore are left... yet. Anyways, I'm looking forward to getting good software so I can do Photoshop with my drawings, but I don't know which to take. _________________ As a Deviant, I work alone on my projects.

I haven't really asked for much, but I'll see what happens.
I celebrate the relgious part of Christmas (I'm very Christian) more than the presents part, but the presents are still nice. _________________ War may not be the right answer, but when you're in one, ending it effectively and with positive results is a must. Vote John McCain for U.S. President.

I'm going to be asking everyone (if I ask) for art supplies, mostly markers and such.
What I really want though, is a copy of Ryuusei Green Dragon and the Agito pinky street. But neither seem very possible ._. _________________

Usually, when there's something that catches my eye, I just impulse-buy it. The pro of that is that I get what I want right then and there. The con is that I'm left with little to ask for come Christmas.
I suppose I aught to ask for Crysis and Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance. It aught to complement the PC I'm planning on building. _________________ *placeholder* |

I did that with friends earlier this year! It was fun.
I asked for a lot of smaller things, but one big thing I asked for was a car radio with an MP3 CD player. Because I inherited the family's previous car it only has a cassette tape player. _________________

Hrrmmm...
To be honest, I really don't need anything. As long as I've got my laptop and my 'Net connection I'm alright.
I know this is going to sound cheap, cliche, or like I'm a broken record, which I'm not trying to be. But really all I'd want for Christmas is to give the foster kids a good time. We've got a Christmas bash planned for them on the 18th, it's the only time of the year some of them meet their biological siblings, all I want is for that party to turn out great. _________________

I'm not really sure what to ask for yet. Money problems abound in the family nowadays so the logical thing to ask for is food on the table. But a slice of pizza on New Year's eve probably wouldn't be the most unreasonable thing to ask for. : P
Commercial gifts are nice and all (and I know I wouldn't turn them down), but right now all I want is for things to be easier for the people around me. My grandpa's health would be sublime. Lately, he's been under the weather, brought down a notch by old age. If he could get out of his funk enough to really enjoy Christmas I'd be ecstatic.
And Solowing, your wish is admirable. I'd want that sort of thing for others as well this Christmas. _________________

Well, in case it matters, I bought my Wii with my own money since I have a job.
I'm also probably going to buy the games with my money too. |

Wii, but I'm not much in a rush to get it. It would be nice to get it for X-mas, but I can wait since SSBB isn't coming out until Feb 08 (or somewhere around there). That's about it. Other stuff that I want don't come out until next month. _________________
