Hey.
I have an idea for the 'Title Change' topic on the site.Instead of counting down the days until we can change them again,why not send reminders or post every now and then when so-and-so can change them?
Dunno if it's helpful...

I think that's something you should be responsible for. It's not like there's a deadline or anything on making title changes. If you're so eager to change your title, you'll just have to think ahead.
