Game spoilers:
"Dossie" is somewhat of a play on "Nessie". In RnR2, there's an area named "Dossie Bay" in Donburaa village. It's named that because there's supposedly a monster named "Dossie" living in the lake. The Japanese-Ameroupian TV Director, Kyuu Demagawa (yes, I realize he has the same surname as the TV director/producer from Death Note), pretends to be Dossie (as Brachio Wave) in order to get hits on his TV Station. He isn't originally affiliated with the UMAs and accepts Brachio from Hyde out of temptation.

No real updates so far, but I'm here to help. I just got a video link to RnR Tribe episode 5. All thanks to the poster, I was able to figure a few things out, but this time I'm not going to write a summary. There's just too many words here that don't click in my head that I can use to connect into sentences. Anyways, here's the link:

A note from episode which may seem interesting:Yeti Blizzard is consisted of two beings, a human (Gori Monjirou) and a denpa seijin. This could mean that some of the villains' ooparts contain a denpa seijin as demonstrated in the episode

Spoilers: Bly fights using the "power of loneliness" which is why he doesn't need to do Denpa Henkan with an FM/AM/UMA/ETC as he fights alone.
As was commented before he's very much the Forte/Bass character of Ryuusei it seems, especially if he ends up hanging around for other games.

Again, I can't see the Japanese figures (curse IE5 on Mac OS 8). If this is the case, then Condor Geograph would show up soon. Again, that's just assumption... |

Episode 12: Terror of God
The radio wave conversion body Condor Geograph which does the shape of the enormous bird before the Subaru which enjoyed the festival of Nansca village appeared. That the Condor Geograph that it is God, is identified the self, controls the people with fear it declared, attacked the village.

The title for episode 13 is also up. I get something about 'Reed, in Training' or 'Training in Reeds'. Bleh... |
And... this probably marks the last post I'll make trying to decipher these summaries. As episode 11 shows, I can't fill in that many blanks due this computer (unless I'm using a library comp. I can't see the figures) so it's really not worth it for me to produce shoddy summaries when someone else can do much better. I'll probably just alert you all to new summaries/titles when they come up and let someone else do the translating.
Now for some speculation... It looks like we're back into the 'bad-guy-introduction-marathon' groove. But if it means less Bly... eh... I can stomach it.
What's weird is that episode 10 seems to imply that there's a real honest-to-goodness Oopart involved in the fight, and not just a red herring. If that's the case, it stands to reason that it could be Shinobi's Shuriken or Dino's Fossil (unless the writers get real creative and throw in a brand new Oopart just for the sake of letting Brachio get away with it) which makes no sense since Brachio's a water-element and Thunder Berzerker would be the best choice to use against it.
It would make more sense to break out Fire Dino against Condor Geograph since Condor's wood-alignment and Berzerker's Thunder... yeah... but anyway...
And as a side note, a few dictionaries I looked at translated 'Condor Geograph as 'Condor GeoCities graph'.

Wait, Adachi is listed as a 'supervisor' for 9 and 10, drawn by Takahashi... If this means we're getting artwork like we did during that pointless W-Luna two parter in Ryuusei, then yay.
Let's see if I can't de-Babelfy those summaries...
Episode 9: Dossey's Truth
Dossey, a monstrous and mysterious beast, has become the talk of the northern Donbura village, so Subaru travels to the lake. There, a television director (Kyuu Demegawa) denies its existance, but is secretly collecting data.
Episode 10: Brachio's Wish
Kyuu and the radio wave lifeform Brachio merge and begin to rage. Subaru and Warrock transform in order to fight Brachio Wave. At the same time, five villagers (villages doesn't make much sense) discover an Oopart at the bottom of the lake using a submarine.
Episode 11: Inflitration: Nansca Village!
Eh, this is quite muddy, but it appears that some discovery is made in some ruins near Nansca and Subaru is sent to check thngs out as usual. There he meets the chieftain, Osa Agame, who greets him warmly and allows him to observe a local festival.
Episode 12: God's Terror
The radio wave lifeform Condor Geograph appears before Subaru in the shape of a giant bird. Condor Geograph proclaims that it is God and attacks the village, causing much fear amongst the people.
Yeah... that's as best as I can get. If there really is an Oopart at the bottom of that lake, which I doubt, the dinosaur one would make much more sense, as finding a fossil in a lake in a setting reminiscent of Loch Ness makes much more sense than a shuriken... But this is a universe where Europe and the Americas seem to have merged into one so that shouldn't hold much water.
So, two enimes that should have some interesting fights. The only thing that worries me is that I fear the Brachio Wave fight could just end up being mostly pans or stills a la Yeti Blizzard. I hope Takahashi (and Adachi?) can rise to the challenge and have an interesting human vs. pleiosaur fight.
Since Condor Geograph is a flying enemy, and I've come to expect good fights from Nomoto episodes by now, I demand nothing less than epic!
No new episode this week though, just a heads up.

Well, there isn't just a collaboration between Adachi and Takahashi. There's someone listed alongside Namoto's name too, but I can't decipher it.
So, yeah, our theory about Namoto receiving outside help appears to be correct. Rather than just one art director, it kind of appears that they're collaborating amongst themselves.
If Adachi's on board (even if he is just supervising) then 9/10 could really go either way. Hopefully Adachi can cover up Takahashi's tendancy to do pans; but then, that may be why the two were paired up in the first place.

Slight correction, though. According to Drk 'five villages' is actually a mistranslation of Gori's last name.
I'm not sure how I feel about that one. A plesiosaur vs. RockMan fight is going to be hard enough, but now we're throwing Yeti and Gori into the mix?

No no no.
Akira Takahashi is not assisting Adachi Shingo in 9-10.
Akira Takahashi's name is 高橋晃. The guy listed with Adachi Shingo has different characters altogether, 高橋秀弥.
Plus, Babelfish can translate Akira's full name exactly, but can only translate the "Takahashi" of this other guy's (which is the same characters).
So, no, there's no Akira/Adachi partnernship in these episodes. Adachi is the only guy doing 9-10 (that is credited at least).
In fact, this other guy is listed as "Production," which has nothing to do with Adachi, who is "Drawing Supervision."
And for the record, Art Director = Drawing Supervisor. The art director is ALWAYS listed as 作画監督, which I popularized as "art director." They're synonymous.
Furthermore, I dunno what you guys are saying about Nomoto getting outside help. In 11 and 12, he's listed as both Drawing Supervisor AND Production. He's not receiving help... he's doing twice the work.
