What do your friends think?

Captain Tsubasa may be my favorite by far, but it's not very well-known in the United States. Most people are like "Hmm...I've never heard of that, I'll check it out", but I do know a few people from Latin America and are like "Super Campeones! I love that show!" (Captain Tsubasa's known as Super Campeones in Central and South America)

I once woke up with a bad hair day and looked like Urabe Hanji (one of the basic players in Captain Tsubasa). I took a picture with my cell phone and showed it to some of my friends. One of them, loving anime, said "Aww, that was cute. You should dress up as Tsubasa and go to an anime convention".

I know someone who knows of that series. And they are in SA. I don't think it took off here because Soccer isn't big in the US. I don't think anyone knows why though.
