Also, I just realized something. Well, not "JUST". but you get what I mean. Sakurai hasn't explained how the wii remote and nunchuk combo will work for controls. |
Yes he did. o.o Check out Controls in Options section or whatever. |
*stares at them* They look ODD O_o
I'm sure I can get used to them though...And then I still have my GCN controller so if not, there's always that. And I'm really hesitant to try the wii remote on its own.
:/ He could've made it so you can grab with - on the wii remote and nunchuk config. The dpad's sooooooo high up from the A button! [/sillyness] _________________ The time is come. Bid farewell to your bloodstained past.

Wow, Famitsu gave it all 10s? That's really impressive. Aren't they pretty tough sometimes? And I will have to watch those videos later. |

I don't have one, and don't plan on buying one just so I can play brawl with it. (The wii controllers are expensive) _________________ The time is come. Bid farewell to your bloodstained past.

If anyone's interested, there are some in depth impressions of the World Hobby demo at the Smashboards. Sounds like the characters are better balanced for the most part. _________________ Red Green's words of wisdom:

We use the Classic Controller to play Super Mario 64 and some Ocarina of Time. I just like the classic controller. _________________ "But there's no sense crying over every mistake.

Yay!Sheik ish back!*dancing about*I loved playing as the ninjaesque alter-ego of Zelda in Melee...*drools*Nice knife in the back of her suit...:3
The new Pikmin stage may be tricky to play on...*pondering a new strategy now*
However, the new unlockables method can be good and bad.The good part is that they tell you how to nab the goodies. The bad part is that they don't tell you how to obtain more hammers to mash up the glass. _________________ Things are going to be changing soon in the next few months.Stay tuned for updates and the like. |

Well, well, well...loads of people were right on this one.
Last week we got a new character on Wednesday , a Final Smash on Thursday, and Special Moves on Friday...I wonder what we'll get tomorrow. _________________

There might be some hammers in some of the windows. That would fit. |

Tonight's update: the method we will be using to power up our characters in Adventure Mode! And ironically enough, it's by using something we've known about for months; the stickers.
I'll be honest; when I first saw that the stickers were going to be our method of strength enhancement, I was a bit shocked. But upon further reading and consideration, I guess that it's fitting. The stickers are applied to the trophies of the characters, so that makes sense in a Smash Bros sort of way. And you can always leave it to Nintendo to take a rather traditional aspect to a game (stat enhancement) and put a goofy spin on it. And this not only adds some replay value to the Adventure mode, but gives us a reason to increase the difficulty aside from personal challenge. So it's all kosher. _________________ Stuck In The Middle With You; a Metroid and Halo crossover

Well now, it does look like a Megaman BN custom screen, only this one has a new set of rules and is much more fun. I'm definitely going to enjoy this. _________________ As a Deviant, I work alone on my projects.

Oh my GOD. OH MY GOD.
SAKURAI. STOP BEING SO AWESOME, CHRIST. EVERYTHING is in the game, made to be awesome.
Trophies? Win them with Shmup minigame and use them as assists in battle.
Stickers? Win them by betting and use them to power yourself up.
If Mario Galaxy was awarded an 11/10, this game will get 12/10. D:
PLEASE SAKURAI. PUT IN MEGAMAN, PLEASE! D: _________________ SPOILER:

This sticker option is....very very interesting. I can tell it's going to be a nuisance for people who main multiple characters. But we'll see, as it only affects Subspace emissary...Wow...this is...really exciting actually. _________________ The time is come. Bid farewell to your bloodstained past.

Today's update made me actually interested in stickers. Before I really could care less about them, but now that I know they do something it is a different story. _________________ Name shortened from Serenade.exe |

Wow, stickers reminds me of capsules from DBZ Budokai (even though they're not alike at all really). It's a neat idea, though it's a shame they don't allow for stacking stat boosts. The whole '+4 leg, +6 leg' being '+6 leg' in the end really saddened me.
Olimar's FS is just fun. I think they made it so powerful because his normal fights take so much strategy and planning. The final smash is just sailing off into the distance and letting the planet do the work. _________________
