Manga chapter 16 - Spoilers are crazy

Here's an interesting note. Because the conclusion from the last chapter, Itagaki decided to make the new arc a completely different one. There is no Subaru in this, possibly no talking Warrock (d'awww...)

We begin with a rather ominous scene. A lone warrior heads towards a huge fortress with plenty of guards at the front. One of them is Yeti Blizzard. The warrior easily brushes the shadowy stock characters aside with a hueg sword, but only shaves off the top of Yeti's hair. He screams a blood curling scream, but on. His sword's stuck in the wall. Yeti gets ready to hit him with a giant spiked mace, but he pulls out in the nick of time. The warrior curses at Yeti for smacking his head, or causing him to smack his head anyway. He jumps in the air and slashes, but his am is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off and only slashes mostly through the gate and gets stuck again. Yeti tries to hit him again, but he pulls out his Rock Buster! Yeti is surprised to see a Rock Buster and recalls hearing that Mu attacked a village full of others with Rock Busters. This one came from the Ryuusei no Rockman Tribe... His name... Berserk! Yeti remembers that Berserk lost to the hands of Burai and Berserk wants to know more about Burai because apparently Burai was the one to defeat all the Rockman and hurt little Berserk, little Shinobi, and little Dinosaur... They all look like toddlers here. God he's such a butterface. So then Berserk charges up his Rock Buster into a hueg ball, but Yeti begs for mercy, saying that he only came from a tiny little village and such. Berserk stops his attack and moves past, but Yeti pulls out his claws to attack... only to get slashed by Berserk when he finalley pulls out his sword. It looks like Berserk recovered it when he launched the attack upwards. Berserk looks up at Mu, waiting his future battle with Burai...

While trying to dislodge his sword from the ground again. orz

So the Tribe On forms are children now? Who's Berzerk married to? And who's watching his kids?

This sorta doesn't surprise me considering how nutty the last incarnation of the manga was. But still...what the heck?

Berserk, Shinobi, and Dinosaur are about the same age. It's a little bit like the Tribe promo comics I posted earlier XD

I have heard that the manga is weird, but this is just.... wow. And that previous chapter summary just cracked me up. I do intend to still collect the manga. It'll probably give me a few good laughs as I look through it. XP Thankies for the summary Malik-Chan. =P
