I have 1-12, and I can say that I really did enjoy the manga, save for some of the silly edits (Dex's "what the doot?" and Charlie's "holy cats!" being two I particularly found amusing). However, I was actually wondering if there is a particular date set for the release of the last book, #13. If there is, it seems generally unknown at this point.

In my opinion, it seemed like the manga followed neither game series nor anime series, but was sort of an alternate universe all on its' own. This actually made it a bit more interesting though, in the sense that it made it less... predictable? Is that the right word I'm looking for?

Regardless of pros and cons, I can't wait to see how it ends. I hope #13 arrives Stateside very soon! Sad

I got mine erm.... two months ago =P
They sell the Malay Language version at my place (I'm Chinese but I can understand Malay)
I don't really mind about the Malay version cause they only changed the chip names and all (they direct translate it to Malay which makes it sound weird)
But they still use the Japanese names (Rockman, Netto) and the Japanese sound effects were left there ^w^

Yeah, I agree, it ended too fast.

Well technically I got the Japanese version of 13 several months ago. XD but the english version was just released recently. I'm sad to see it end, but I'm glad Viz stuck through with it and didn't stop translating it halfway (which DOES happen, and it sucks).

I don't think international shipping is that cheap, even if I'm only in Canada Sad. Had I bought $40+ it could have been free shipping...but I didn't have $40.

I want to know what the hell happened to Forte. He, dissapears and you don't see him come back.

Seriously? I was at the mall just this past weekend and it wasn't there yet. I wonder if it's a regional issue. I live in the Midwest, so maybe it hasn't quite "worked its way" over here yet.

For a single book, I'm afraid it is. XD

Actually, you could have gotten Coles or Chapters to order it in for you which would have been free...but you would have had to go to the store to pick it up. :P

I bought it from Chapters. But I have no way of getting down there and the only way to do so is to get my dad too pick it up, which means he has to go out of his way and get home two hours late.

I live all the way in the Netherlands and after browsing various manga shops, I came to the conclusion that Megaman NT Warrior is NOT sold in Holland. Alas, I have to resort to other ways.

Luckily, my sweetheart Ms. Kitty here has sent me a copy of Issue 10 through mail so I can at least enjoy that single manga. I'm planning to stock in on the rest when I visit her this summer.

The reason she sent me No. 10 was because it has both Charlie and Dingo in it, who are two of my favourite characters. I cannot really discuss the rest of the manga since I haven't read it. But one thing I really enjoy is the artwork. I like Takamisaki's drawing style so much that it has influenced my own.

Naturally, the favourite scenes were the ones with Airstar and Dingo, but this manga made me appreciate Tomahawkman more too. What a cutie he is in the comic XD

Tomahawkman made a very good joke of Rockman and Blues in volume 9

It's very good. I laugh hard when i read that page for the first time

In Indonesia here, all 13 volumes are sold and translated
Actually, i wanna import the original Japanese ver. too, but i don't have money

I got the last one yesterday. Pretty nice ending to it. I'd say that I really enjoyed the series. Onto Ryuusei!

I overall enjoyed the series as well, though felt that the last few volumes were really rushed, and him deciding to pull an anime in the end with the beasts fusing into one was just weird. XD I guess that was so because Takamisaki was trying to keep up with the games. And when the games and anime ended, he also had to quickly wrap it up as well. And I think manga was generally fast paced anyway.

There was still so much I wanted to see in the end. XD But ah well, it had a good run I guess. =P A shame we won't see Battle Story in the U.S. though.

I've yet to get the last volume, heh. Going to order it probably tomorrow, though! Just hope it doesn't come when I go back to school on Monday... >>;

I'm so excited over what happens to end it all and it's driving me crazy. Perhaps I should just re-read my other volumes to burn some fandom before I implode. Good thing I forgot what mostly happens. 8D

That was about the puppets right? Cause I gave my Viz vol 1-10 to my friend as a Bday present. I'm planning to buy the entire series in Japanese, which is why I gave the English edition away. Time to head to Kinokuniya in LA to get vol 1-9 before they stop printing them.

Overall, I enjoyed reading the story. Now if only Takamasaki-sensei (was it Takamesaki?) included a story about Rhythm in the main storyline.

Takamisaki actually. You were getting there. =P

What I really wished would have happened was adding Forte's 2nd side story into the manga somewhere. It could have been added in at the end of Volume 8 or 9, but it never happened. It puzzles and saddens me greatly.

At first, when i saw the ending, i already guessed it, so the ending was kinda predictable, thus led me to some sort of disappointment
But, some additional stories that the manga has made them has some special point

And, the manga is so crazy, and the joke always make me wanna laug, though i've readi it several times

Also, Tomahawkman was good, wasn't he? Pulling Soul Unison by just made fun of Rock and Blues, i never expect that
I admire that joke

Hi guys!

I have the English versions of 1-6 and was wondering whether I should plunk down some money for 7-13...

Anybody know where I can get the copies that don't have or were printed before the VIZ Kids makeover?

Thanks.
