Man, I saw some of these on yahoo japan while browsing one day. They were initially sold at some event, and I believe they're fan made. The initial prices weren't bad ($70 for Zero and $60 for X) but since they sold out in like 10 minutes (from what the artist described) they sell on auction for 3 or 4 times that.

This one's still active on eBay and extremely shiny and pretty and much wanted!!
Atelier-Sai Rockman Zero X
...just not having to pay at a price over $100, however. :/ Hardly any different from what Ryouko posted, but still an awesomely made fan figure. All the HQ images they posted there alone are worth saving.

Hmm, apparently 3 or 4 four times what they were worth originally, aka what they're going for now.
I actually don't like them very much...I was never one to enjoy hand made model kits for some reason
