Heehee, that ultra-cute version of Tsukasa reminds me a tiny bit of Yotsuba. Must be the green hair and the huge grin. It looks great, whatever it is~
I like the character design for Shouyou in Windy Day too. The peace necklace especially.

You know... when first I heard about Tsukasa in Ryuusei no Rockman I was under the impression one of his personalities was male and the other was female. Somehow, when he switched he would swap genders as well. Evil being a girl and good being a male. It is the power of an FM-seijin to swap genders at will! Why won't you all accept that!? It makes Warrock x Subaru non-yaoi!
Er, *cough cough*. yeah. First impressions of gender-swapping split personalities shaped my views on Tsukasa. I'm sticking with it. <__<

You know what, I am confounded. You can draw so cute, yet I want to try doing it myself. Unfortunately, when I try I end up drawing it sloppy(note: I use pencils first). What helps you draw cute? I MUST KNOW!

Here's a tip. Lots and lots of pink and circles. Circles within circles within circles. Those blush spots on round-faced babies certainly make them look cute. Cheery ^_^ faces are cute too. Cute things tend to be round from my experience. Jagged things are usually angry. : O
... I wonder if that made any sense?
