Well, I'm gonna go to best buy tomorrow, not for the tourney though, since I'm a bit too young (Yeah, like five months young) for it >_>; But I can at least play there...sadly, already pre-ordered elsewhere, so no midnight launch for me T_T

Well, I finally got around to playing the game and, gotta say, it is gorgeous. o.o; The little upgrades they've made here and there (slow-mo at the end of battles and such) add quite a bit of flair to everything and the new characters that I tried out handle beautifully. The random stuff that happens in some stages is a real shock at first, too, haha.

I'm going have to get lucky to buy the game in my area. But from what I heard this one place called "Virtual Rush" is having a contest to win a Copy of Brawl tonight.

In upland PA so hopefully I can enter the contest and win it. As For skype I'm going to download it when I get the game and all the characters unlock first.

But will Gladly battle anyone when I do get^_^ I too live in the east cost.

Alright, so I beat the SSE a while ago...that's what I've been doing all day. From 11 to 7. XD

I got an 84% on my first run...I have a few more orange boxes to get.

I have the game now and SSE is what Melee's Adventure Mode should have been. The enemies are varied and even koopa troopas can be trouble if you're careless.

The game is definitely slower and I had to go through Classic a few times to get accustomed to the new style. Speaking of Classic, funny story: At one point it put me up against a giant Ike. I took two steps forward, he did his up and B and flung himself right off the edge. A suicide worthy of Pikachu in Saffron from SSB64.

Other differences.

Peach's 2nd jump is SHORT. But her umbrella has gained the missing air, so it's evened out. She's also a bit heavier, but she also no longer has those deadly A-down and A-up attacks. Although her B-side covers a much longer distance, can be chained, hurts more and sends flying further. Other tecniques of hers have changed too, but you'll find out.

Luigi hits harder than before. His fiery coin punch now really sends your opponents FLYING. Even more than it did in Melee. After that, Luigi will "gracefully" land on the ground. On his head. His Green Missile also gets stuck into walls. Try it. He generically is stronger. Also Negatize Zone + coin punch = free KO.

Kirby. KEEERBEEEEH. <3 He now rocks once again. His smashes don't deal as much damage as in Melee, but they're quicker and easier to chain multiple attacks. His dash move has been replaced with the yoyo dash attack from SuperStar, and his grabs have now a use. His suction can also swallow stuff (even crates), is kinda handy to eat far off food. He won't make a happy face when he swallows stuff like swords and such though. The stone attack is smaller, but his aerials seem to hit further away.

Other differences maybe later on.

I felt the changes to Peach made her a much weaker fighter. :( She already had awkward maneouverability and slow-to-launch attacks, now her main advantages are out...

I see myself moving to a new primary character like Pit. >.>; If I'm going to sacrifice attack power I may as well have someone speedy.

I really like Pit (although his much-deeper NA voice threw me off a bit at first XD)... so I can see myself using him quite a bit, though.
I really, REALLY like Metaknight... speedy, powerful, and fairly easy to handle. Still need a bit more practice, though. I've been using a custom control config with the Classic controller, so I've been trying to master the control scheme. I love how you can save your control scheme to the Wii Remote and can transfer it onto your friend's Wii.

Kirby rocks as usual. I haven't gotten a chance to play Sonic, Toon Link, or Wolf yet because I haven't unlocked them yet... Snake's pretty good. I don't really like ROB that much... Lucario's a lot like Mewtwo. I like Lucas as well... :3

Ugh, why must I have to work?! I want to play mooooore XD

EDIT: For anyone who's been getting errors with Brawl, Nintendo's put up a support page. Some Wiis that have dirty lenses might not be able to read Brawl's dual-layer disc, so Nintendo's offering free repair:
