Super Smash Brothers Tournament - Sunday March 30th

Our first tournament will take place this Sunday, March 30th at 8 PM EST

5 PM PST
6 PM MST
7 PM CST

The rules are quite simple!

No Items
Fox Only
Final Destination

...wait, those aren't the rules.

-Small and medium stages only
-Items will be on, but not explosives, Dragoon, or Smash Balls (UNDER CONSIDERATION)
-Matches will be five minutes long with three stock.

This means most KOs win. Smash Balls will be off because some characters have an unfair advantage (Ike, Sonic, Marth, etc...). We're going to stick to smaller stages because some people might not be able to large stages. I'll make a list of stages that will be available.

I ask that all participants post here. Please let us know if your friend code has been posted or not.

The cut off date for entires is Saturday Night, March 29th, at 11 PM PST.

One question, if you pick a character, do you have to stick with it for the whole tournament?

There is a good chance I can do the tournament. My family is not going anywhere this Easter, and I will probably be eating after 6. I will let you know by tomorrow.

If we get enough people and I am able to participate I would be willing to take care of the expenses. Since I think at most it would be like $15 w/shipping, that's not bad at all for me. (at least right now it is not)

Sketch - How about extending the deadline to this Saturday? That way, we have more time to prepare and can make contingency plans. We should also probably set up an IRC room so we can actually talk real time for this.

Maybe we should push back the tournament an hour or so...many people should be home by 8 PM EST, so that might help.

Also, I don't think we need prizes, so to speak...this is purely for bragging rights. =p

lol he was kidding about Fox. Can be any character you like to use except Ike and Ganon since their both Power houses.
