I don't think you really need a license (unless you're driving to Baltimore). All you need is some kind of government-issued photo ID.

However, I'm sure that I've seen people use school IDs as well.

My rooms are also for August 7th to 11th. Please note I only have two rooms this year, instead of four. As such, I can only fit in half the amount of people as last year. Thus, those who have been staying with us the longest get first priority.

Room 1:
-Ryouko
-Nobi
-Pyo
-Tabby
-Izumi (for now)
-Sol

Room 2:
-Hardcore Hecxz
-GM Link (confirmed)
-Yuriko
-Dingo
-Marisa
-Maq

Anyone who is on this list, please let me know asap if you are indeed coming to join us again this year. If I don't hear from you by July 5th with your confirmation, I will open the spot to someone else. The owed amount for each person for the whole weekend will be around $155 or so, plus or minus a little (this amount already includes the hotel tax).

Thanks!

Mana has a room too, yes? Maybe we can shift some peeps around if hers isn't full.

I have all intentions in the world to be there, but things are hectic here, so if something happens, I'll be sure to let you know Ryo in advance.

In other news, Im looking for some deal breakers here, I been using Orbitz.com for the past few years to book my flights to Baltimore, I just check on there, and they a round trip for $211.....is there anyone else selling tiks cheaper then this that I should look into?

I'm gonna be road-tripping it this year with some friends. I figure it would be a bit cheaper, if not break even.

I also thought that if the costume gets done, I wouldn't trust it to an airline.

YAY! Much hugz!!

Though, any shenanigans caused by me and Hecxz are not covered by ANY insurance policies. >:3c

EDIT - Hecxz, I use Southwest, and last time, it was about 150-170 round trip, though I can't be certain nowadays.

What, only six people per room? surely you can make more space then thagt. You coud stack some people in the closet, and like I learned in my Ottawa trip, The bathtub isn't that bad of a place to sleep.....

Yeah I know, I just heard what I said too.

Hey, there's no shame in sleeping in the bathtub. In fact, it's quite comfy...so long as no one turns on the shower and none of your roomies have to pee in the middle of the night. XD

I've been there too... :P I sternly put my foot down when it comes to peeps sleeping in the bathroom. It's too much of an inconvenience to the other peoples who may need it during the night.

The Days Inn rooms are really small and cramped. Any more than six would be REALLY stretching the limits.

Especially after the girls have spread out and taken over most of the room for themselves. :P

Bwahahaha! That's because you don't cosplay! ;P If you did, you would take up more room too, Pyo. But yes, in general, women take up more room than men in hotel rooms, I find. I usually take up a lot of room because I have massive weapons with me. Ironically enough, although I will have more weapons, they should not take up as much room. Hair will be the issue this year! XD

I've never flown down to Otakon before. First year I went, I was originally going to go by Greyhound, but then Izu and the Newfies abducted me. The rest is history and awesome roadtrips!
