No, my real name is not Danny. It's the name of my artist's avatar, though. I like to make sketches of random things sometimes, and post them on an ImageShack account. (I'm too shy to put them on deviantart, because I still have quite some work to do on them.)
I make custom character sketches of certain games (including Rockman.EXE, of course) and am trying to improve my drawing skills. For some reason, my characters' anatomies are usually out of proportion by a lot, and I can never get them to look the way I want.
I'll be posting my first few sketches later. I'm just setting up a post first.
I'm also trying to learn Japanese, but "sukechi" is hardly appropriate for the work "sketch".
It is the epitome of irony. The word "sketch" actually does translate into "sukechi". I mean, WTF?!? |

*bump* UPDATE! (it's actually more like "suketchi"; there's a small ッ before "chi" in "スケッチ".)
Here's one of the character sketches (I'm actually only doing characters for Rockman as of late):
(It's a thumbnail...)
His name is "DanceMan" (テックノマン, or "Technoman"). I hope that hasn't been taken...if it is, I'm sorry!
And here's another one.
This little guy is androgynous, and doesn't have a name yet (I think Mr. Flowers was taken already). Any suggestions?
BTW, all those boxes around it are sprite information, including attack power, elements, etc. My characters do not strictly conform to one type or element, ever. (I might make a few that do, but not for now.) |
